I decided not to buy skyrocketing-price DDR5 RAMs and used the money for OpenReview
I strongly believe that OpenReview is indispensable for our research communities
A huge number of conferences, workshops, ARR, and even journals (TMLR, DMLR) are standing on their shoulder

OpenReview is a lifeline for progress in the AI research community, and it urgently needs our increased support.

In 2025 alone, OpenReview supported over 1,300 conferences and workshops, served 3.3 million active monthly users, handled over 278,000 paper submissions. I personally had not fully appreciated the magnitude of its role until seeing these numbers.
Yet, OpenReview remains underfunded, operating under severe financial constraints with a small team. This is just crazy!
Please consider donating.
Many organizations that benefit enormously from advances in AI have not yet chosen to support OpenReview. Now is the time to do so.
It is also time for all conferences to step up and substantially increase their support.

OpenReview is exemplary case for strong work done by small dedicated community that is critical for so many, still staying underfunded and lacking proper support. If we dont change ways open science is supported, it will vanish.

OpenReview is one of the most important pillars supporting AI research and knowledge sharing, through open peer review and publishing. But as a non-profit, it needs our community’s support. Please consider making a donation to this great institution!

i used the first version of @openreviewnet to submit one of total 47 papers to the very first @iclr_conf in 2013. since then, i've had a privilege to use @openreviewnet as an author, a reviewer, an area chair, a program chair and a workshop organizer. now i'm super happy to be a supporter of @openreviewnet as well. join me!
We are deeply grateful for the message and example set by AI research leaders who have pledged $1M through this public letter supporting OpenReview. Their encouragement strengthens the infrastructure behind open scientific dialogue and peer review innovation. Others are welcome to join the letter.

We are deeply grateful for @NeurIPSConf Foundation’s commitment and support. Their $500,000 donation to OpenReview is a strategic investment not only in our infrastructure, but in the resilience and innovation of peer review across the AI ecosystem. Thank you for your leadership!
Today, the NeurIPS Foundation is proud to announce a $500,000 donation to OpenReview supporting the infrastructure that makes modern ML research possible.
OpenReview has been our trusted partner for years, enabling rigorous peer review at the scale and pace our field demands. This donation helps ensure they have the resources to strengthen their systems and continue evolving to meet our community's needs.
The tools that enable rapid, rigorous scientific exchange aren't peripheral to our work—they're fundamental. This donation reflects our commitment to the infrastructure that makes ML research possible.
OpenReview operates on a shoestring. They shouldn't have to. #NoMoreShoestrings #NeurIPS blog.neurips.cc/2025/12/15/s…

Nice feature from @openreviewnet. You can track publication versions across different venues (e.g., arXiv, ICLR, ACL)!
Google Cloud Storage is down and PDF files are temporally unavailable through the OpenReview API.

Our expertise API is affected too so affinity score can not be computed for now.
All other OpenReview services are not affected.

Peer review plays a critical role in science—but the process needs to be improved 🚀 We support @andrewmccallum’s @OpenReviewNet platform, which is leveraging AI to make reviews more reproducible + fair.

Hanging out with an old friend and one of the unsung heroes of AI research -- @andrewmccallum has been running @openreviewnet for the past decade as a non-profit. The improvements that this brought to AI and to academic reviewing -- including running reviewing at NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, etc. -- has had a huge impact on open dissemination of AI research.
Thank you to the whole OpenReview team for this great work!
OpenReview has been running on a shoestring budget, despite being a key component of how AI research is published today. If you're like to donate to OpenReview, you can do so here: openreview.net/donate
We are hiring!
Please help us to support the venues hosted in OpenReview.

TMLR (@TmlrOrg) is now indexed on dblp (@dblp_org). So you'll now see TMLR papers on someone's profile, along with all their other CS conference/journal papers. Thanks to @dblp_MRA, @melisabok, @hugo_larochelle, and @kchonyc for helping make this happen!
