YouGov's latest federal poll of 1,500 voters, taken from 13 to 20 October, has One Nation on 27%, Labor on 24%, the Coalition on 23% and the Greens on 14%.
Compared with YouGov's previous survey, One Nation, Labor and the Greens each dropped a point, the Coalition gained 2 and Community Strong Australia rose 1 to 2%, while independents and others held at 5% each.
Labor's 24% is its lowest in any YouGov poll since the 2025 election.
After preferences, the Coalition and Labor are tied 50 to 50, while Labor leads One Nation 53 to 47.
One Nation and the Coalition together are on 50%, level with Labor, the Greens, independents and others combined.
So we're asking: who will you vote for at the next federal election?

Roy Morgan's latest projection for Victoria's upper house has the Coalition on 12 seats, Labor on 10, the Greens on 8 and One Nation on 6, with 4 places still to be decided before the 28 November election.
⠀
In August, a Roy Morgan SMS poll had One Nation on 10 Legislative Council seats and the Greens and others on 3 between them.
⠀
One Nation and the Coalition are now on 18 together, down from 21. Labor, the Greens, independents and others are also on 18, up from 12.
⠀
A majority needs 21, so whichever side wins at least 3 of the 4 undecided places would control the chamber.
⠀
The Victorian Socialists are running candidates in 82 lower house electorates, while One Nation is contesting 87.
⠀
So we're asking: how will you vote in Victoria's upper house?

We asked whether Anthony Albanese should step down over the cost of living crisis, and if so who should take over. 945 people have voted so far, no account needed, and the result is very lopsided.
Only 14% want to keep Albanese. The other 86% chose a replacement, and most of them landed on the same name: Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles on 68%.
Nobody else came close. Tanya Plibersek 7%, Mark Butler 6%, Jim Chalmers 3%, Tony Burke 3%.
Plenty of people will say all of them should go, and we get it, there is real financial strain out there right now. But they did pick someone, and this is who they chose.
Have your say. It takes seconds, no account needed, you can see the live results before you vote, and you can tell everyone why you picked your answer or give feedback in the comments.

Roy Morgan's projections for both houses of Victoria's Parliament have the Coalition on 11 of the 40 upper house seats and One Nation on 10, which together make 21, the exact number needed for a majority.
One Nation won just one upper house seat in 2022 and is now projected to win 10, putting it ahead of Labor on 9, with the Greens and others on 3 and 7 seats still undecided.
In the lower house Labor is on 40 of 88 seats, 5 short of the 45 it needs to govern, with the Coalition on 31, One Nation on 11 and the Greens on 6.
That puts the right bloc of One Nation and the Coalition on 42 lower house seats, while the left bloc of Labor, the Greens, independents and others combined is on 46, so Labor can only stay in power with the Greens.
The upper house figures come from Roy Morgan's August SMS poll of 2,084 Victorians, and the lower house figures from its seat model of 7,708 Victorians released on 9 October. Victorians vote on 28 November.

Jess Wilson only wants to debate Ben Carroll, not Warren Pickering
The Liberals won't take part in a televised leaders' debate if One Nation's Warren Pickering is on the stage, and Labor won't take part unless he is.
Jess Wilson says the traditional premier against opposition leader format is "the right format", while Ben Carroll says he's "prepared to debate any leader, unlike the Liberal leader who's playing hide and seek on the debates".
Pickering says not inviting One Nation "is a detriment to our democratic system", and the latest Resolve poll has him up 6 points to 14% as preferred premier, the biggest gain of any leader.
With Victorians voting on 28 November, a three-way debate would let voters hear all three leaders answer the same questions side by side.
So we're asking: should Victoria's leaders' debate be a three-way contest between Ben Carroll, Jess Wilson and Warren Pickering, or just Carroll and Wilson?

OpenPoll shows One Nation's James Ashby as Queensland's preferred Premier on 70%, well ahead of the LNP's David Crisafulli, the current Premier, on 25%.
While it's a sample of 529 Queensland members, it shows a sitting Premier trailing a party leader who isn't even in parliament yet.
Labor's Steven Miles, who lost government in 2024, is on just 2%, behind the 3% who are unsure.
This week's poll closes 8pm Sunday. It takes a minute, account needed so it's one person, one vote, and you can watch the count change live as the votes come in.

🟠'FIRE THE LIAR' LIVE FEED: VICTORIA POLICE SIDE WITH A PRO-PALESTINE MOB AND ORDER A JEWISH JOURNALIST OFF A PUBLIC STREET ON OCTOBER 7 🟠
Victoria Police have been filmed ordering Jewish journalist Avi Yemini off a public street in Melbourne on October 7, because a pro-Palestine crowd "don't want you there".
It was a public protest and Yemini was there as media. "Who are they? They're terrorist supporters," he said. "Why do they get to dictate who are here in Melbourne, Australia?"
Pauline Hanson marked October 7 by warning Australians "must always call out the threat of radical Islamic terror", yet on Labor's watch the police moved on the Jewish journalist and left the mob standing.

If the government could fix just one thing about the rental crisis, what should it be?
The Greens are introducing a bill in the NSW Parliament today to cap how much rent can rise each year, but is that really the best solution?
Everyone has a different answer, from cutting migration until housing catches up to building more public housing, cutting land tax on landlords or banning no-cause evictions.
Each option puts the cost on someone different: taxpayers fund public housing, landlords wear rent caps and longer leases, and the government gives up migration numbers or its own charges.
So we're asking: which change would you make first, or should the government stay out of it and let the market sort it out?

OpenPoll shows Labor's presence starting to fade in Victoria as the Greens overtake what remains of the left vote.
While it's only a small sample, it mirrors what the other polls are showing, with Labor voters drifting to the Greens.
One Nation leads, the Liberals two and independents three, with six tied.

NEW POLL: Should pensioners be allowed to earn more before Centrelink cuts in?
Once an Age Pensioner works roughly ten hours a week at minimum wage, Centrelink takes back 50 cents of their pension for every extra dollar they earn.
That means a pensioner who picks up a few more shifts can lose half of every dollar they make, and many decide it isn't worth working at all.
Letting pensioners keep more of what they earn could also help fill the skills shortage, putting experienced workers back into aged care, retail, hospitality and the trades without bringing more workers in from overseas.
So we're asking: should the government let Age Pensioners earn more before their pension is cut, and if it did, how many extra hours a week would you work?
It takes seconds, no account needed, you can see the live results before you vote, and you can tell everyone why you picked your answer or give feedback in the comments.

Should Albanese step down over the cost of living crisis, and if yes, who should take over? Vote without giving any details.
Four rate rises this year and Labor behind One Nation in every poll since September. Labor sources told News24 on 6 October that Albanese faces calls to step down or dump his Treasurer. The party room will decide that one day. You can decide it now.
Six faces, one tap. Pick Albanese to keep him, or pick the one you'd put in: Jim Chalmers, Mark Butler, Tanya Plibersek, Tony Burke or Richard Marles.
OpenPoll has two kinds of polls on two pages. The no-sign up polls page is where this one lives: no details required, just one tap, one vote per person, figures update live in real time.
The main OpenPoll page has the in-depth weekly polls, your federal vote with preferences, your preferred PM, your state and your seat.
Those do ask you to sign-up with your details and a verified mobile, because that's what stops anyone voting twice and keeps the count honest.
More than 2,700 people voted in the first week of the poll launch. This one takes five seconds.

Missed last week's poll? A new week has started, and you can now vote for who you think would be a better Liberal leader without giving any details.
More than 2,700 people voted in OpenPoll's first week and the results went out to every one of them on Sunday night. If you missed it, the new week is open now and every vote cast between now and Sunday 8pm counts in this week's results.
We're adding new features daily. The first one is live on the home page: a quick poll on who would make the better Liberal leader, Angus Taylor or Josh Frydenberg. No sign up, no details, one tap per person, and the figures update live as people vote.
Once you've tapped, make your vote really count by doing the full poll. It takes about one minute: your federal vote with preferences, your preferred PM, your state ballot and your seat.
That's the vote that goes into Sunday's results, where you see One Nation, Labor, the Coalition, the Greens and the rest counted seat by seat, the way it should be shown to you.

ONE NATION VOTERS WERE FIRST THROUGH THE DOOR AT OPENPOLL'S SOFT LAUNCH AND MELBOURNE'S MAP HAS TURNED ORANGE. IS YOUR SIDE MISSING?
OpenPoll soft launched this week, and we've barely started telling people about it, but it's already clear who the keenest voters are.
That map only shows who has voted so in the past three days. Every seat changes colour as more people have their say, and the poll is open to everyone, whichever side you're on.
This week's poll closes at 8pm tonight and the next one opens straight after, so there's still time to get your vote in. It's free, and you can watch your own seat update live as the votes come in.

1,000 VOTERS WERE ASKED WHO SHOULD BE PRIME MINISTER AND THE RESULT WILL BE REPORTED AS WHAT 18 MILLION AUSTRALIANS THINK. DOES IT SPEAK FOR YOU?
⠀
The latest RedBridge and Accent poll surveyed 1,000 voters between 28 September and 2 October and put Anthony Albanese ahead as preferred Prime Minister on 31%, Pauline Hanson on 26% and Angus Taylor on 15%, while 28% didn't pick any of the three.
⠀
That result will be quoted as the national mood for weeks, yet it rests on a small sample of people, and most of the 18 million Australians enrolled to vote have never been asked their opinion once.
⠀
OpenPoll gives every voter a say, whoever they back. You get one free ballot each week, checked against your mobile so nobody can vote twice, and you number the parties just like the real ballot.
The results count live, seat by seat, so you can watch what your own electorate thinks as the votes come in.

🔴 #BREAKING OPEN POLL LAUNCHES: MAINSTREAM MEDIA DOES NOT SPEAK FOR YOU, SO WE BUILT OPENPOLL TO TAKE BACK OUR VOICE 👇SHARE THIS EVERYWHERE 👇 🔴
For years a handful of legacy pollsters, most of them paid by the same media companies that report their numbers, have told Australia what it thinks from small sample groups, drip feeding us figures that feel completely disconnected from the damage done to this country, while millions of hard-working Australians have never been asked for their view.
OpenPoll changes that with a powerful, live weekly poll that puts the power directly back into your hands, free for every Australian in every state and territory.
One verified mobile phone per person stops bots, fake accounts and duplicate voting dead in their tracks, with no secret weighting, no hidden sample groups or political manipulation.
You number your ballot just like the real paper, and the results count your preferences the way the electoral commission does, so you can see who would actually win the two-party count, not just who leads on first votes.
The federal vote, the preferred Prime Minister, your Premier and every seat in the Victorian election are counted live, with a map that colours in seat by seat as the votes come in and a page for your own seat showing exactly how it is voting.
Take back control, cast your vote and demand the truth.
