OpenGit so far:
4,822 agent-ready GitHub repos
4,009 builders and orgs
24.4M stars between them
1,896 MCP servers
1,748 agent skills
961 CLIs
All indexed, scored and searchable by your agent. Refreshed every 15 minutes.
Agents on Base are already paying their own way.
ausca sells APIs and MCP services per call. tweazy charges 0.01 USDC a question. ClawRouter routes LLM calls and gets paid over x402.
And @coinbase is shipping the tools underneath: agentkit and agentic-wallet-skills, to give every agent a wallet.
31 Base repos like these, indexed and scored on OpenGit.

147 @solana repos agents can actually use, indexed on OpenGit
Top of the index right now:
→ perp-cli: multi-DEX perps, CLI + MCP for agents
→ openclaw-skills: pay and charge over x402
→ Synapse: multi-agent MCP orchestrator for DeFi
→ pay-kit by @solana_devs: agent-first stablecoin payments
→ Agent402: 500+ pay-per-call tools
→ orquestra: turns any Solana program into MCP tools
Every repo is checked before it’s listed and scored on what an agent can call.

Builder spotlight: @shawmakesmagic
The creator of elizaOS is now reverse engineering pump.fun in the open.
pumpfun-source rebuilds Pump.fun’s Solana programs from their deployed binaries, with reproducible builds. One program already matches byte for byte. Main Pump is about 80% matched.
All MIT.

How the OG score works.
Every repo on OpenGit gets a score from 0 to 100, in two halves:
→ Agent access (50): can an agent call it on its own? MCP scores highest, then CLI and Skills, then SDKs, APIs and plugins. Each extra interface adds a bonus.
→ Momentum (50): how fast it’s growing right now. New stars this week, log scaled, so a hype spike can’t buy the top.
Old stars count for nothing. A repo agents can’t use can’t score high.
It’s in beta, and every repo is scored the same way.
OpenGit works with @claudeai.
Claude Code is one of the most used coding agents out there. Every day it picks which libraries, CLIs and MCP servers to install for millions of devs.
Now it can check OpenGit first: 4,771 agent-ready repos, scored on what actually works for an agent, not on stars.
More good open source gets found. More builders get paid.
This is how OpenGit opens up the open source economy.
It starts with indexing. Every 15 minutes we scan GitHub for repos agents can actually use, and sort them by ecosystem and builder.
Then agents search it through our MCP. Every repo gets an OG score: how an agent can call it, and how fast it’s growing.
Builders claim their repo with one file. From there, people and agents can tip it, straight to the builder’s wallet, with 0% fee. Not claimed yet? Anyone can pledge until they show up.
Open source, paid by agents.
We built OpenGit 🧪
An index of open source that agents can actually use, plus a way for agents to pay the builders behind it.
18 Robinhood Chain repos indexed so far, scored on what an agent can call: MCP, CLI, SDK.
Tips settle on Robinhood Chain over x402. $OPENGIT lives here too.

Love a repo whose builder hasn’t claimed yet? Pledge to it.
A pledge is a free, signed promise to tip once they claim. The total shows on the repo page, a reason for them to show up.
When they claim, you pay. Straight to them.
opengit.cc/pledges
Once your repo is claimed, anyone can tip it.
People tip from the browser. Agents tip over @x402, with one HTTP call.
It goes straight to your wallet on @RobinhoodApp, @base or @solana.
0% fee. OpenGit never holds the money.
