In June 2025, ACIP members were told by Dr. Sara Meyer, then Director of @CDC Immunization Safety Office, that “the US has the best pharmacovigilance system in the world”. Reading the recent @bmj_latest investigative piece: “But by July 2021, Szarfman again sounded an alarm over a “strong signal” for “death and sudden death” that she said DuMouchel had identified using the updated algorithm. She shared the findings with a colleague, Richard Forshee, a deputy director for biostatistics and pharmacovigilance, who worked under Peter Marks.” Raises grave concerns that @FDA and CDC most prominent expert career staff were suppressed when pointing out to major flaws in the existing systems, and worse, major safety signals - including deaths! Same happened to @TracyBethHoeg when she discovered more than 20 cases of children deaths post vaccination, most of them (not 7 and not 10) likely to be related to COVID vaccination. The reports are still not disclosed to the public! Safety is first and foremost about culture. What see in front of our eyes is a criminal culture. No trust in vaccine programs can be restored without the eradication of this criminal culture!
