I will likely pull out of the student loan program, paying my last year of tuition out of pocket, because of their incompetence. Not everyone can quit the student loan program, though... What they are doing (or actually, aren't doing) is criminal.

Update: There hasn't been one... except I made another full payment towards a loan that doesn't get reflected. Make it make sense. If it is "MISSING," then it doesn't show the payment on their site. If it is "UNACCOUNTED," then they haven't applied the payment to the balance.

@fritz_robbins @JayShah_PC Why can't @personalcapital fix bugs? Your service has had a bad year at completely misrepresenting my net worth and tickets are brought to your team are not being resolved. My ticket has been open since Feb 15, still thousands of dollars wrong.

Second, PC thinks that my Wells Fargo accounts are all closed. I have 5 accounts with WF. Several months ago, closed a Savings and Credit Card with WF and now all of the WF accounts show up as "possibly closed."

The WF accounts haven't even updated since 5/10. I've been using PC for years but this year your service has gone completely downhill. I got into a trial with @youneedabudget and their service accurately represents all my account data from all accounts. SAD!
First, I opened a bug to complain about my @Aspiration account that I have 3 accounts with all showing a similar balance, which is not factual. To this day, I still have misrepresented net worth for these accounts! Ticket 537846
