🚨 Sergio Ramos calls for more Ballon d’Or recognition for Harry Kane: 🗣️ “Harry Kane needs more recognition, honestly. The guy has been having a phenomenal season yet somehow there is barely any Ballon d’Or conversation around him. People talk about the same names every year and forget to look at the players actually delivering consistently. Kane has been scoring, creating chances and leading the line at an incredible level. If individual performances are supposed to matter, then his name should be right in the conversation. You cannot ignore a striker producing numbers like that and pretend he hasn’t done enough. The Ballon d’Or should reward excellence, not popularity or reputation. Harry deserves to be taken seriously as one of the strongest contenders. Those making the shortlist and the people influencing the conversation seriously need to do better.”

Pep Guardiola on Harry Kane: 🗣️“Harry Kane could have won at least two Ballon d’Ors if he hadn’t wasted the prime years of his career at Tottenham. Now look at what he’s doing at Bayern in his thirties. He’s undeniably the best striker in the world at the moment. His finishing, movement and understanding of the game are at another level. He doesn’t need five chances to score one goal; he knows exactly where to be. What impresses me most is how he has adapted his game as he has gotten older. He can score, create, drop deep and control the tempo of a match. Players like him don’t need to prove themselves every weekend because their quality is obvious. If Kane had played his prime years at a club competing for the biggest trophies every season, his individual honours would look very different.”
