One upside to Sen Ron Johnson forcing clerks to read the bill is that everyone will know the claim by GOP that only 9% of the bill addresses the effects from the pandemic is a lie. The entire bill is a relief and stimulus package. Stimulus checks alone are over 22% of the bill.

Won’t be coming back to TT and will be looking at H&R instead. Customer service is so bad on this. Yes we all understand TT doesn’t issue stimulus, that’s not the issue here. A bad decision was made by TT causing huge delays for so many. The TT support should just stop replying.

Never using TurboTax again. My bank info hasn't changed at all, in almost 5 years, so this is just a blatant lie. The irs even said that TurboTax customers are in the affected group.

Customer for seven years, only ever used one bank account for direct deposit. Had no issues with initial stimulus check. What the hell? Obviously your company is fine, but some of us need this money. I see @turbotax losing a lot of customers after this.

My account says status unavailable.... used turbo tax for ten years got the first stimulus no problem. Turbo tax will be no more if they don’t fix this and give people their money

@turbotax @TeamTurboTax knew they messed up and lied and covered it up. the IRS sent memos after the first economic relief payment in April for all the tax companies to update their customers direct deposit information. These companies failed us, at least h&R block is owning it

TurboTax rejected all the payments and it was sent back to the IRS already. IRS says we're screwed, they aren't reissuing them, and have to claim it as a credit on our 2020 taxes, we wont get it until we get our tax returns.

I and about 750,000 others are refusing to use @turbotax ever again. @HRBlock delivered their tax customers the stimulus checks to help rectify the mistake made by the IRS. Is this some game to get people to file their taxes sooner, so that they can actually get their stimulus?

No, you're not getting anything. Instead of paying the processing fee that HR Block did, Turbo Tax screwed us over. You'll have to claim it on your taxes. I also don't know what we should do to make sure the next one doesn't go this way as well. @sasan_goodarzi - what do we do?
