after using this website for a couple of years now..
i’ve come to the conclusion that 95% don’t have taste, and…
don’t really know what they’re talking about
the ad platforms thought simplifying the targeting (Andromeda) would make it easier for advertisers.
because the creative does the targeting now.
but the issue is, 99% of advertisers are data engineers/nerds and don’t know jack shit about creative or persuasion.
i’ve spent thousands on LLMs, chatting, generating ideas, writing copy, etc.
it’s always been better than average BUT NEVER BETTER THAN MINE
because i’m no average
just read a fucking book
study human psychology
the more technology advances,
the more disconnected marketers get with the market
because of shiny object syndrome
lesson in there
bro it has never been about data or tactics.
it’s always been about when the hell you’re gonna come up with a relevant idea to the market but unaware by the competitors because they’re all busy with fucking tactics
Manus AI this,
Claude/Higgsfield MCP that…
motherfucker how about you open a fucking book about persuasion and direct response marketing????
The moment you realise
that Meta has released Andromeda,
because most advertisers SUCK…
You understand everything

Thanks for the kind words, Onur!
I wish I had a simple process recipe to share, but I don’t.. however, here are three things that have helped me:
❈ Be curious. Look for ideas everywhere. Mimic concepts you like and combine them in unexpected ways. And by ’everywhere,’ I mean in the real world, movies, book and album covers, fine arts, packaging, architecture etc.
❈ Keep it simple. Do not overcomplicate things by using too many or too advanced tools. Master the basics; composition, hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, light.
❈ Make time for play. For as often and as long as possible, try getting into what John Cleese refers to as a childlike mood (aka ’flow state’). Learn how to access that mood quickly and allow yourself to spend hours in it without requirements/expectations.
