You need money like you need air and water. It'll save you from a lot of disrespect. This world doesn't respect potential, it respects power. And money is power. Make a lot of it. Not to show off, but so nobody can ever talk down to you again. Stay hungry. The world is yours.

Some people speak to impress. Others speak to influence. Only one group gets results. Because this is the truth: High value communication is not about sounding intelligent. It's about creating movement, making things clear, creating understanding and leading to a decision. Intelligence impresses people for a moment. Influence changes what they do next. Here is what separates high value communicators from everyone else. First, they speak to move the conversation, not to decorate it. You can talk for three minutes and say nothing, or speak for 30 seconds and shift the entire room. High value communication is focused, direct and impactful. Try asking yourself before you speak: What outcome am I trying to create? That one question will change everything. Next, they remove the noise and keep the signal. Smart people often bury their point under explanations. Influential people remove everything that doesn't serve the message. They say the essential thing, then stop talking. Clarity is more powerful than being clever. In addition, they obsess about usefulness, not brilliance. High value communicators don't aim to sound smart. They aim to make the next step easier for the listener. They ask: 'What does this person need to understand or decide... ...right now?' Your communication becomes influential the moment it becomes about the listener, not your ego. Next, they land their message with intention. No trailing off, no circles, no shrinking. Just a clear conclusion delivered steadily. Try a landing like: 'that's the key thing I want us to act on' or 'so here's the decision I'm recommending'. A message that doesn't land does not influence. ​You don't need to sound like the smartest person in the room. You need to speak like someone whose words matter, because high value communication isn't measured by how intelligent you seem. It's measured by what your words change. You're welcome.

If you're within ages 18-25, please listen, because so many people struggle with this. And this is what keeps so many people stuck and confused, and they just feel like probably they're not on the right path or they're doing something wrong. There is no rule that says you must do what your parents did, or live how they lived, or make the same decisions or choices that they made. It is important that you find your path. One of the reasons why most of us struggle with patterns today, why we struggle with with traumas, why we struggle with with certain things that we try and they're not working, is because we are hell-bent on doing things the way our parents did it. We are hell-bent on taking the same path that our parents took. And one of the most heartbreaking truths in life that you're going to have to come to terms with is that if a particular step or decision did not give a reasonable result, you making that same decision will give you the exact same results that they got. ​If your parents did something that led them to an end, then you doing the exact same thing will lead you to the exact same end. And that is what most people call generational curses. That is what I feel like a generational curse is: doing the exact same thing that they did that led them in the exact same direction. So if you are in very If you are in an environment where you want something different for yourself, and you have seen that this is the only type of result that is gotten here, that should tell you that the reason why we are getting these results is because we are doing the exact same thing. And if you want to get a different result, you're going to try to do some You're going to need to do something different from what has been done. The occupations that your parents did, the jobs that they took, the opportunities that they took that led them to where you are, you doing to where you guys are, you doing you doing the exact same thing will not give you a different result. It will give you the exact same result. If you want to get different results, try a different method, a different path, and take a different path. And that doesn't mean you hate them. No, it's not coming from a place of hatred, it's not coming from a place of a place of bitterness. It's coming from a place of understanding that I need something different, not just for me, but for us. And the only way we are going to get this is for me to try a different pattern. And when you're somebody who is trying to break a pattern, you are going to be fought, you are going to be disagreed with, you are going to be called insane, there's going to you're going to you're going to face a lot of contradiction, you're going to face ridicule. But it's important that you stand firm on what you want. ​If you want to do something that has never been done before, you have to do things that have never been done before. You have to become somebody you have never been before, you have to think in ways that you have never thought before, you have to take actions that you have never taken before. That is the only way you break a pattern. That is the only way you break a generational curse. And that is the only way you build the reality that nobody in your family has ever seen. There is no law that says you must do what your parents did. You must do the exact same profession, you must go to the exact same schools, you must have the exact same thoughts, you must you must you must make the exact same friends. If the friends that they want you to make do not align with you, then there is no reason for any form of interaction or communication. Then no, your parents is not a guarantee that they must be friends with you. Choose your own path. Understand life for yourself. Know God for yourself. No life in its entirety entirely. No life for yourself. ​You can't See, you can't try the same method and expect a different result. Life doesn't work that way.
