In 2012 young @BenRowlings supported @CoventryGodiva team mate @Dolly2racer on Paralympic debut (can you spot him?). At home @AdeneganK watched the same race that inspired her to try the sport. Mel, Ben & Kare are now all Paralympic finalists and broke T34 World Records @CovSport

A big thanks to @AdeneganK and @onlyjobking for their webinar last week with the Paralympic Futures Academy sharing their journey so far and offering valuable advice for the athletes and coaches. It was hugely inspiring and informative! – at West Midlands, England
Great guy, athletics through and through. I loved working with Neil, and his approach to performance sport, athletes, coaches and staff. Certainly gave me some great opportunities, advice and encouragement. Will be much missed. RIP x
We are shocked and saddened by the loss of friend and former colleague Neil Black who passed away suddenly at the weekend.
He will be greatly missed by all at @BritAthletics
A friend too well loved, by too many, to ever be forgotten
