Wife & I are both full time WFH. 7 years for me. 6 for her. I could argue it’s been the #1 blessing for our family. We used to have ~75 min & ~60 min commutes, each way, respectively. DC metro. That’s 2-3 hrs back per day w/ our kids. I will likely never trade that in.

The reason why there is a markup is because makeup artist use certain products and techniques for brides. The same way TV makeup needs certain techniques to show up on camera correctly. There’s extra step for prep on wedding days. Normally at a makeup appointment you come with your face clean, but on wedding days, the MUA will clean it for you and do your facial and even trim your eyebrows. Why is this not common sense?

Look at this chart 👇 Many if not most of the children on DLA will go onto PIP. Around half of children who get DLA become NEETs. There’s a clear path from child DLA to PIP to a lifetime on benefits. We must change this.
