No matter how tough it's been for me, no matter how tough things are and will continue to be, if I had gone through with it, I would have never met the outstanding people that I have in my life now. Their kindness will always remind me of my place here. #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
One of my absolute favorite storytellings. Only Sir Patrick could convey such weight to such a brief, simplified epic.
"He who was my companion, through adventure and hardship... is gone forever."
That one got me. Big time. 😭
There are so many great scenes I could point out where Sir Patrick Stewart was playing extraordinarily, but one of my most favorite scenes is him narrating Earth’s oldest known literature, the Gilgamesh Epos, in the TNG episode “Darmok”, while the alien captain played by late Paul Winfield passed away.
Shaka, when the walls fell!
Rest in Power, Captain.

Godspeed, Sir Patrick Stewart 🙏🏻

What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work.
My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.
Of all the souls I have encountered in my travels, his was the most... human.
Godspeed, Captain... and thank you SO much. ❤️
Patrick Stewart, who will be remembered most for his roles as Captain Jean-Luc Picard on “Star Trek: The Next Generation” and as Professor Charles Xavier in the “X-Men” films, has died at 86.

We are without a navigator now. Just a helmsman and a Captain. Rest in peace, Walter Koenig. May the stars guide us now. 🫡
Fear is not supposed to be a barrier, but rather a companion that informs you on what you'll be missing or what you should put more thought into. The point is that time marches on, and it'd be wiser to listen more closely to what your analytical mind is really trying to tell you.
Me when I exclaim, "I was raised on the Shasta" and all of them including a random customer cheer back, "YASSSSS!"

Someone asked if I was ready for the fall and it took me a second to realize they meant autumn and not the total collapse of society.
