Well, this is infuriating. I get that compensation is a horrifyingly tricky landscape to navigate, but excluding an entire state just to skirt transparency policies that prevent biased comp philosophy doesn't feel like a GREAT VIBE. We need to do better.

It's disappointing when a company doesn't give adequate options for moderating #marketing emails, forcing me to unsubscribe. Worse, when their "unsubscribe" option doesn't work. Means I need to completely block @westelm and @potterybarn and from my gmail account :/
