This week, we'll be sharing reflections on where we are & where we have to go to achieve #digitalequityNOW. First up: NTIA's first-ever Digital Equity Director, @AngieThiBennett.
I was proud to lead our virtual #digitalskills class. I got to spend some one-on-one time with one of the learners, and it was so inspiring to see him grow in confidence as he worked through his training.
He was so nervous at first, but when he passed his @NorthstarDigLit assessment and left with his very own computer from @inspireduATL, it was really something!
I'm so happy to be able to support people like this who need help accessing technology. Shout out to our Digital Champions and all the #DigitalNavigators that have given their time and tech skills to support learners in the community! #DIW2022 #digitalequityNOW
