I've spent nearly 20 years building, solving, and making things happen. Not talking about ideas—executing them. Throughout that journey, I've worked with people from every level of an organization, collaborated across departments, and learned how to perform when the pace is relentless and the stakes are real.
More than a decade into my career, I walked away from the field where I had built my expertise and started over. I choose discomfort over complacency. Since then, I've built teams, solved problems that couldn't wait until tomorrow, and operated in an industry where many businesses don't survive their first year. Burnout is real. Stress is constant. Pressure isn't the exception—it's the job.
Experience has taught me that success rarely comes from having all the answers. It comes from staying calm under pressure, adapting quickly, and showing up every single day when others quit.
I don't force advice on people. I don't mentor unless someone genuinely wants to learn. But if you ask me a question, you'll get an honest answer, my full attention, and everything I've learned the hard way.
One piece of advice: leave your ego at the door.
I've watched countless people arrive convinced they were about to change the world. Most disappeared as quickly as they came. The people who truly make an impact aren't usually the loudest—they're the ones who keep learning, keep building, and let their work speak for itself.
Ambition is a superpower. It drives innovation, resilience, and progress.
Ego is different. Ego blinds you. It convinces you that you have nothing left to learn, and that's often the moment growth stops.
Stay ambitious. Stay humble. The moment you think you've mastered everything is the moment someone else quietly passes you.

I asked Nick Bostrom to suggest a clickbait title for his interview. He did. Luckily my audience is too smart to fall for it! (You should subscribe if you want to be smarter). Despite failure of our bait the episode hit 100K in one day and is already #1 on The Roman Forum!!! Check it out!

Thank you, Elon, for making the impossible feel inevitable.
You remind all of us that the universe is far more extraordinary than we imagine and we’ve barely begun to explore what’s possible.

Maybe we should start a competitor to Amazon 🤔
amazon is blocking grok @bots from ordering, and elon's answer is just have your bot buy it somewhere else.
one of my grok bots only handles my amazon returns, so i'm watching this one closely.
would you switch stores for your bot? 🛒
Elon, i think its time for an X Shop? 👀

Woz is Apple and he is the genius that gave us home computers. America has become a place where scumbags like Gates, Jobs, Zuckerberg and Bezos are the heros and the heros are scumbags. I'm disgusted by this fact. The scum rises to the top and sucks the life out of everyone below

There’s something profound about piloting one of the fastest machines ever built.
It teaches you that power means nothing without control, freedom means nothing without discipline and peace isn’t always found in slowing down.
The faster you move, the more discipline, freedom and peace you find.
