@vumatel @MWEBTweets my mother @pr_sidley has been trying to activate her fibre for over two months. All you do is shift the blame between yourselves and her. I am horrified by your incompetence and neglect for your customers who rely on you.
Your behaviour has a very real financial and emotional impact. We don't know what to do or who to speak to anymore. I know we aren't the only people being affected, you know that, and if she doesn't already, I hope @wendyknowler knows this too because it is unacceptable.
