The fall of Rome, often referred to by historians as the ”Transformation” rather than the “Collapse.”
The idea that the Fall of Rome was a sudden, apocalyptic event (the“catastrophic” view)has been largely replaced by the understanding that it was a slow, administrative slide.🧵

Both the doctor and the farmer should be thankful to God for helping them avoid a disaster in waiting, someone must have being praying for them. That a lady looks mature for marriage doesn't make her wise enough to get married. Most of them don't know what they need, that is key🙄😄

What's the meaning of fra? Wow! See matchmaking. The funny thing is this kind of relationship may work because both of them would be determined to work at it .Congratulations to both of them 😄

The man was probably married in Nigeria that's why he delayed marrying her. Some women will see red flags & ignore them until they turn into monsters that eventually devour them. She should have employed an immigration lawyer to handle he case instead confiding in that man🙄🙄

When a person slumps, it is a cardiac arrest, and brain damage starts to happen within 5 minutes, and death can occur within 10 minutes.
I remember when I used to work in a hospital in VI, a young man came in the middle of the night, around 2:00 am, June 2013, or so. He just told me that he felt tired and sweaty with a little chest pain that started while he was watching TV before he went to bed. There was no sign of a stroke. His speech was clear, his face was normal, and he had no weakness on either side of his body. I just knew he was having a heart attack.
I did not panic. I called the nurses and ordered an ECG, samples for cardiac markers, E, U, Cr, RBS, and sublingual nitroglycerin. The ECG showed a classical STEMI. I reviewed the ECG with our Chief of Cardiology, our Cardiology mummy. There is no time you call her that she would not answer, but you have to be on point, or else you would spend the rest of the month thinking of your life choices.
I called another hospital on Idowu Martins, gave them the necessary information, and told them he needed to be in the Cath lab as fast as possible. I went back to the guy, shook his hand, and wished him good luck. There was zero panic. My hospital was on Idejo, and the ambulance transit time was roughly 3 minutes.
At Idowu Martins, he had his procedure and he survived. He went to the UK later for further checks. He came back to my hospital after about 6 months in the UK, but I had left the facility. They gave him my number, and he called me, and we talked and laughed on the phone. I am sure he is somewhere today enjoying his life.
A heart attack can be salvaged; a cardiac arrest is most times irreversible, especially in this part of the world. Even when reversed, it usually leaves the person in a vegetative state with severe brain damage.
The signs of a heart attack can be subtle. The person can be fine, go to bed, and not wake up. Check your blood pressure, have your annual health check, and don't ignore warning signs.

Help u thank God for what exactly?U should've opened d door immediately they started knocking & u noticed it was d Police,no matter what. They don't go knocking on doors randomly,do they? They had to break d door in themselves, that raises an alarm,it proves u were hiding something

Also pay a very good attention to your body. When your body starts giving u signs of tiredness, attend to it,some people keep working cos they want to make money & fame ignoring body signs .Eat well, take time to rest, avoid working for too long in d sun or heated places, drink water.

Never give someone who just had an accident water to drink even if they request for water, the person may have internal bleeding, giving the person water or food can lead to death. Call for emergency immediately. Please note that this is not a joke, it is very important 🙄🙄😎😎

They rejected him bcos they knew he was dead on arrival, most hospitals use their initiatives especially if he was never their patient. If someone slumps like that,it only takes a few minutes before they die if first aid is not given immediately, taking d person to hospital is late.
🚨 FIRST AID AWARENESS 🚑
What would you do if someone suddenly collapsed on a staircase?
1️⃣ Ensure safety.
2️⃣ Check for a response.
3️⃣ Call emergency services (112 in Nigeria).
4️⃣ Check breathing for no more than 10 seconds.
5️⃣ If they aren't breathing normally, begin CPR ...

I don't know about some states, but calling emergency lines also work. Also try applying first aid,a simple CPR may save a life while waiting for emergency or carrying the person to the hospital, the nearest govt hospital may take more time than needed to save the person's life.
