IN Paul Mitchell Van Der Sar as CEO Erik Ten Hag and team OUT Fletcher And whoever else is responsible for the backroom rot

IN A "Wesley Fofana" A 23-year old N'Golo Kante A 25-year old Jamie Vardy OUT Bailly. Jones. AWB (loan). Telles. Tuanzebe. Mata. Matic. Pogba. Lingard. Cavani. Pereira. Henderson (loan)

Wingers: Need no one. Rashford. Martial. Sancho. Elanga. Amad. Shoretire. Forward: Buy a centre-forward. Ronaldo. And at least 1 more. Martial and Rashford as backups.

The squad, after deadwood reduction and without nonsensical spending GK: DDG, Heaton, Bishop FB: Dalot, Williams, Shaw, Fernandez CB: Maguire, Varane, Lindelof, Mengi. +Timber/Malacia (buy) Midfield: McT. Fred. Garner. Fernandes. DVB. And buy a CDM.

Forwards. We need a centre-forward. Duh. Sancho. Elanga. On the right. Rashford. Martial. On the left. Amad. Garnacho. Backups.

Midfield. We need a CDM. No way around it. Garner. Fernandes. DVB. Fred. McT. Plus a 23-year old Kante. Plus Hannibal.

Centre-backs. Maguire. Lindelof. Varane. Might be hard to move any of them out. Buy 1 or 2 hungry, young kids. ETH has been linked to Timber and Malacia. Mengi as a backup. Flog everyone else - Tuanzebe. Bailly. Jones.

The full-back situation. Dalot needs to learn to defend. AWB needs to learn to attack. One of them needs to go out on loan. Shaw needs to step it up. Telles needs to learn to defend. Brandon Williams deserves a chance. Dalot and Williams at RB. Shaw and Fernandez at LB.

Why have we not hired Paul Mitchell as the sporting director yet?!?!

What the fuck is Fletch doing on the sideline and barking instructions?

Pogba. Mata. Matic. Bailly. Cavani. Lingard. Give them a few minutes to come on and say goodbye.

SAF did not set the systems in place for someone to take over. But you cannot blame him alone. He held things together despite the rot inside.

3 games to go and nothing to play for. Let's play a different XI. De Gea - Dalot - Lindelof - Varane - A Fernandez - McTominay - Hannibal - Savage - Shoretire - Garnacho - Ronaldo Let Maguire, Rashford, Fernandes chill.

Sure, a player clearout is needed. But what's more important is a cultural reset. We need a "Bill Walsh" level revolution.

Paul Pogba. Obviously a massive talent. Time for him to go and salvage his club career elsewhere. Partly his fault, partly the manager's fault, and mostly the club's fault for being a shambles.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting a different result. A new manager. A new saviour. Pfft. But what's happening in the underbelly of the club? There are bigger issues that are being hidden.

SAF discusses the diamond formation, and hints we will see more of it manutd.com/en/News-And-Featu…

Great to see Fletch back last night. Commanding, ever-present, and marshalling the kids behind him. We miss that energy!
