Great to see @AfterAccess used as a data source in 4 countries. @GSMAm4d why not use our gender disaggregated spending data to refine m vs f ARPU estimations? Our data can also be disaggregated by basic vs internet user too for men vs women @LIRNEasia @RIAnetwork @DIRSI @IDRC
