It’s great overall, but commercials skip/no-skip allowance logic seems so arbitrarily applied (even episode by episode of the same recorded show) that the user experience definitely suffers. – at Honolulu, HI

We had the foresight to protect #Hawaii consumers by requiring that HI service providers adhere to #NetNeutrality rules for 3 yrs after their mergers were completed -appx. 1.5 yrs ago- with 18 more months left. We will continue to preserve the open internet for the people of HI. – at Newark, NJ
