We built an AI agent that calls 3 movers, catches the fees they don't mention up front, and negotiates one quote against another. Real quotes for the same 45-mile move have ranged $1,158 to $6,506. That's the gap we were closing.

Mid-build, we pivoted the frontend from Vite/React to Lovable. Cost me: a contract that quietly drifted from the real API, a call-record shape I had to get corrected against a real payload, and a genuinely funny git-history standoff with GitHub.
