In regards to our EB-5 endeavors, A final appropriations bill is expected to include a rider that will reauthorize the EB-5 regional center program to increase the minimum investment amount to $700,000 in TEAs and $850,000 outside of TEAs. $PSRU

This change would likely take effect immediately on March 11, 2022 and positively affect us. $PSRU
