@AskPayPal I’ve had an awful experience trying to resolve an account hack case. Due to errors along the way, PayPal has essentially stolen $ from me. It’s been 3+ days on the phone and I still have no confidence it’ll be corrected. Your customer service system is abysmal (1/3)
@AskPayPal Over a month later and I still haven’t gotten my money back or any acknowledgment. Actually had a rep tell me that they manually credited my account which was just a lie to get me off the phone.
Bumping this. I still haven’t been refunded by @AskPayPal @PayPal almost 5 months later. I call every few weeks, same runaround every time. Seems like theft at this point. #boycottpaypal
@AskPayPal btwn dropped calls, being passed around to at least a dozen different service representatives (one of which actually responded with “wonderful” when I said I was having a bad day) and no one seemingly having a clue that PayPal was at fault (2/3)
