NEW: The Denver Post is endorsing Republican Michael Allen for Attorney General, citing Democrat Jena Griswold's repeated errors as Secretary of State and concerns about her leadership and management
Michael Allen -- a Republican running against Jena Griswold -- is a moderate Republican who has proven twice that he can stand up to the more extreme members of his political party, The Denver Post Editorial Board writes in its endorsement. denverpost.com/2026/10/16/co…

My friend @karol takes "grandparents' rights" after a grandma went viral asking gov't to reunite her w her grandson after 2 mos. We have 5 wonderful grandparents for our kids, but 3rd parties don't have *rights* to your kids, & any nose under tent means fit parents in court over normal parenting decisions.
Me this morning: “Legos aren’t allowed in the car on the way to school.”
Response: “But it’s a double decker snow sled!”
Send this kid to law school.
I’m driving on a field trip today and my son just asked if he could bring a book for the drive. “Well, you probably want to hang out and talk to your friends, right?” I asked.
“We don’t know yet who is assigned to which car, we could have friends, or we could have girls.”

For Colorado voters, this is worth a listen.
Take a listen to understand just how differently Colorado's attorney general candidates would approach the job if elected. Hint: It's very differently: tsscolorado.com/sept-7-color…
I tell my kiddos all the time that they should start to consider going to trade school instead of college, data centers are serious, economic drivers in our communities, and I would be happy for my boys to help to build them in thoughtful ways. foxnews.com/opinion/stephen-…
Hi, @coloradodems - I understand that whatever social media manager you have trying to gin up outrage has broad license, but this is an outright lie.
232 would cap taxes at the CURRENT rate, 4.4%, not give “breaks” to anyone as it is . . . wait for it . . . a continuation of our current tax rate.
It’s my experience (and trust me - I KNOW) that if a party uses its megaphone to lie to people, that trust is hard to get back. So, do better. Be accurate. There is plenty of room for different perspectives without lying about it.
Tonight I went to a Democrat friend's campaign event, and we all took a big group picture. The lady taking it said, "Everyone, say DEMOCRACY!!!" I was in the back row and yelled, "It's a REPUBLIC!"
So, upshot: invite me to your next party; I'm very fun.
My 7-year old just now: “In Christ you’re my sister, so you can’t tell me what to do.”
Good thing my first reaction was to laugh, my little Brother in Christ.
Things can be hard and deeply soul-refreshingly good at the same time. By far the best of me now lives outside of my body in these two tiny tornado humans.
I like this trend. It’s important to be able to talk about great motherhood experiences and not feel like you’re invalidating those of people who had different experiences. I have miserable pregnancies but pretty great postpartums. It’s still very tough, but without the puking. And I eat grilled cheese in bed and hang with my new besties. Some of my best memories.

Hey @MannyRutinel you don’t know what you are talking about.
In July 2025 there were 1,223,788 Coloradans enrolled in Medicaid.
In July 2026 there were 1,242,334 Coloradans enrolled in Medicaid.
That would be a slight increase of 18,546
Either you can’t do simple math or you just make up numbers- which is it?
You and your democrat colleagues need to stop lying about people being kicked off Medicaid.
I say that my secret is that I punch above my weight in friends. That is incredibly true, and I’m so grateful to get to live life with girlfriends like @MandyConnell. Also, @KyleClark is a good guy in real life. 😂 themandyconnell.substack.com…
The boys and I drive past this delicious restaurant, Jennie Pho, on the way to and from school every day. It's a local immigrant-owned business. They were vandalized for displaying American flags, and their response? Perfect. instagram.com/p/Dcbxhb_BhJ4/
When we're thinking about thoughtful policy, we must ask if the proposals put forth do more harm than good. This is clearly the wrong direction. Censorship without safety just creates more problems than it helps.
