i tried new Neobank-as-a-business thing by Whop. Some things I noticed:
1/ guys really polished the onboarding. KYC is faster than in all the other banks. I add USDC on Solana and sent a payout to Vietnam in 5 min. Funny part — it does not require KYB, only KYC.
2/ cards really work. Launched 100% my own custom card for free in 5 min.

Swift 6.4 has a couple of changes that make Swift outside Apple platforms feel more deliberate.
Swift Build is now the default build engine in SwiftPM, so the same build system is used across macOS, Linux and Windows. Subprocess also reached 1.0, giving Swift a stable cross-platform API for launching and interacting with processes.
Neither feature is flashy, but together they remove some of the “platform-specific glue” that CLI, server-side and cross-platform Swift projects have historically needed.
That is the part of Swift 6.4 I find most interesting: the tooling around the language is becoming more portable, not just the language itself.
