Had a panic attack last flight I went on and the flight I went on today. I’m not normally an anxious flyer but I do have generalized anxiety. Anyways, I’m proud of myself for going on the plane scared. Future me will thank myself for staying brave.

It’s sad bc I feel like a lot of Americans only have Tj Maxx, Home Goods, etc for entertainment. Of course you can have hobbies. But when there’s no mountains to hike, beaches to swim, walkable cities… I can totally see why people look forward to it.
