It’s filed.
On 15 October 2026, I filed my claim in the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia against Baton Corporation Ltd, Alon Cohen, Dylan Kerler and Noah Tweedale.
I’m seeking approximately CAD $254,090,474.12 before interest and costs, including CAD $250 million in punitive damages.
I’m making three documents public: my signed Statement of Claim, my draft motion for early summary judgment, and the proposed orders.
The claim sets out what I allege are contradictory accounts of who owned and operated pump.fun, the employment obligations owed to me, and the resulting civil harm. The documentary record includes, but is not limited to, the employment agreement, UK police statements, various reporter communications, and the defendants’ US pleadings.
My position is that the material facts supporting the independent claims can be established and not reasonably contested on that record. If the defendants disagree, they can identify precisely which material facts they dispute, why, and the evidence supporting their position.
I intend to seek an early judicial determination. Specific facts can be agreed while legal liability remains contested; the judge decides whether those facts establish liability and what relief follows.
The claim expressly requests a stay of conviction-dependent issues pending the CCRC process, while independently determinable civil claims proceed.
Read the documents:

Draft motion and proposed orders:
Motion materials: document 1 docs.google.com/document/d/1…
Motion materials: document 2 docs.google.com/document/d/1…
These are the relief and orders I’m asking the court to grant.
This is not a legal service notice; this is me being nice.

⚠️ ALERT: Revolut falls for a FAKE government request, exposing sensitive personal information of customers in a disturbing data breach.
Revolut disclosed that it complied with a fraudulent government request using a spoofed official email and valid credentials, exposing PII belonging to a group of customers.
The leaked data reportedly includes passports/driving licences, verification selfies, names, DOBs, occupations, home addresses, emails, phone numbers, IBANs, account statements and full transaction histories, including Bitcoin activity.
No customer funds were reportedly lost and Revolut says its systems were not hacked.
The company has notified affected users and regulators and blocked the source.
Social-engineering attacks are on the rise, with attackers increasingly exploiting human trust and weak verification processes rather than technical vulnerabilities.

Bring more noise to @zachxbt’s community alert below
I hope in the future these companies, (including @revolut) which are so obliged and eager to KYC you while at the same time being masters of your money in uncomfortable ways, are held accountable in court for the wrench attacks that will be proven to be directly correlated to their negligence

Community alert: Revolut appears to have exposed personally identifiable information (PII) for a subset of users due to failing to detect a fraudulent government request.
Exposed data included:
-Copy of passport and/or driver's licence, plus the verification selfie
-Account statements, IBAN, withdrawal records, and full transaction history including Bitcoin
-Full name, date of birth, occupation
-Home address, email, phone number
While the incident is likely limited in size it seems to have been targeted at high net worth users.
An email alerting users was sent out to multiple Revolut users yesterday.

Really brutal. The phishing email is written quite convincingly, and it comes from the official Trezor domain.
At least tens of millions will be lost; hopefully not hundreds of millions. Insane f*ckup from Trezor.
Our third-party e-mail provider has been breached. Please be aware that the email named ‘Critical Security Alert: STM32 Entropy Vulnerability’ is not coming from us, and it’s a phishing attempt. Do not click on any link.
We have taken down the domain, and we are investigating the situation, including how the hackers got access to our legit domain.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SNIPE $LAPTOP
You have better odds hitting a 1000x multiplier on a rainbet roulette than making even $100 sniping this token.
The tools insiders will use are WAY more advanced than anything that is publicly available.
You WILL lose money.
