( grabbing @JEDlRAGE and kissing him on the head and protecting him from the horrors™️ )

( she’s biting down on her lower lip, but really it’s impossible to hide the happy sparkle in her eyes when she leans her body into him. ) Anakin.

( is this a contest? because she’s going to win ! buuut she is trying r e a l l y hard not to smile at him. )

They will be, one day. We just have to have patience, my love 💜

I’ll always be frolicking in the field WITH you 😁

Of course you’re the only one who gets to kiss me, Ani. You’re the only one I want!

I think you’re the only one who thinks that.

you’re not very subtle, baby 🤭

Imagine how startled she is when she finally returns to her apartment ! But the feeling is short-lived as she quickly recognizes the familiar pile of fabric. smiling to herself, Padmè approaches quietly and lays a gentle hand on his shoulder, “Ani?”

she gasps, playfully affronted even as she dissolves into another fit of soft laughter, squirming beneath him without making any real effort to shove him off, “Anakin!”

leaning into his touch, she knows there’s no helping the soft giggle that escapes her. “You are not so far off,” she promises, turning to press a kiss to his palm, “I like this one, especially. It came from home.”

she turns her head to see him, a smile already blooming on her face despite the slight wrinkle of her nose. “Do I?”

yes, it’s her default state. ( and why she gets along so well with a certain Jedi Knight, but 🤫 )
