LOL! Oh dear… (For those unaware of Weight Watchers points system, you only get 23 points a day and about 24 weeklies, so I’ve used Mon-Sun weeklies by, erm, Wednesday🤣) My challenge is to see how many minus points I can get by the end of the week.

Gosh, you certainly know how to make a person’s day! Thank you! I did make a plush dragon kitteh for a convention.

I have cake and extra (cuddly) dragoncat to help me celebrate the publication of The Bloodless Princes today!

Thanks for the shout out! I’ve been celebrating with cake…

It’s holibobs for me so I get to read something completely unrelated to the podcast!! Enjoying this very much

Train selfie! Off to @BradfordLitFest to see @jconnollybooks and others chat about Worlds Within Words! Wishing I’d bought a coffee though as it’s a bit nippy for a June morning.

Happy book birthday to The Fireborne Blade! Thanks to the British Library exhibition at @leedslibraries a few months back I was able to find an *actual* dragon to take a photo of my book with! 🐉🎂

BOOK POST! Thanks @TorDotComPub! See the full video over on Instagram. Can’t wait for Maddileh, Saralene and the White Lady to hit the shelves properly tomorrow 🤩

POST!! What could it possibly be that has arrived from @TorDotComPub just a few days before my book is launched? 🤔

There’s still a few tickets left if you want to come and meet 18 northern authors (including me) for drinks, nibbles, and a quiz with an amazing prize. And, of course, plenty of BOOKS! Tickets here: eventbrite.co.uk/e/its-stran… Come along and say hi to us all on 15 June!

This quote has shifted my perspective. Just today my story spiralled, more events suggested themselves, my characters did unexpected things. “Damn,” I thought. “I have no control. I need to be more structured.” But I was just following their lead. Thanks @StephenKing !
