In case you don’t think what’s happening in Paris is gonna happen in NYC.
Here Mamdani giving a speech and then the imam singing about “the killing of the infidels by your sword” right after.
Nobody is coming to save you.

We keep telling the French Jews to leave.
It's not that easy.
Had coffee with my French colleague. It could have been me, except for Dreyfus.
It could have been me, if I hadn't broken my parents' heart and left anyway.
A story.
" I'm French. That is what I tell myself when the news come in, as if loyalty were still a kind of protection.
My mother’s people have been in Alsace since the sixteen hundreds. We are cousins of Alfred Dreyfus— the name is still said in the family the way other people say the name of a grandfather who came home from the trenches.
My father was an orphan of the Shoah. He arrived with nothing, the French police arrested and sent his parents to the Nazis, and stripped him of his citizenship for 12 years.
But he decided France was worth loving anyway. He taught us the Republic was not perfect, but it was ours to cherish and make better.
I believed him.
I finished Sciences Po in the happy 2000s and walked out into Paris feeling that, for the first time, Jews were completely at home.
I wanted the big corporate firms. I had the grades, but I do not work on Saturdays. In those years that was still a requirement, not a preference.
So I built a private practice, not so bad. My husband is an engineer. Between us we pay the taxes, the school fees, the mortgage, vacations in France. In 2023 we went to Israel before the catastrophe.
We were happy to be French Jews.
We told ourselves we were the proof that it worked.
Of course there were problems... but not like now.
There is always the other tax, the one that never appears on any form. Kosher food costs more. The shops are fewer. Schools...
The need to always stay a model citizen—never the one who asks for special treatment, never the one who makes the room uncomfortable, never the one who reminds anyone that the Republic’s universalism has always had exceptions.
We paid the four hundred and fifty euros a month for each of the three children so they could go to the Jewish school, because the public system is no longer a place you send a child with our last name.
I smiled at clients who made jokes about Jewish lawyers ethics but expected me to twist the laws for them as a matter of course.
I stayed honest. I proved, year after year, that I belonged.
Now many clients are "uncomfortable". Some say it is “because Palestine.” Others do not say anything; their partners simply will not sit across from a Jew. I watch the billing time like a hawk. Last month they sprayed my plaque in the street with a "Zionist w...re" and a "Palestine map."
Outside, the city is still sweeping glass from the weekend. A synagogue in the nineteenth was ransacked. Groups warned m people not to go for afternoon prayers because the streets were not safe.
I know the figures—more than thirteen hundred acts last year, half of every religious crime in the country, and we are less than one percent. I know friends are leaving. Nearly four thousand already this year.
And I see the new arrivals to France. They do not arrive as model citizens. They do not hide their names or their calendars or their demands. They lay down their own rules in the neighborhoods, in the schools, in the streets, and the Republic that once asked me to prove I was French enough now asks nothing of them but taxes me extra to care for them.
Their Djihadi Antisemitism is" an opinion", not as the old poison it is. I am still expected to be the quiet one, the integrated one, the one who pays the extra private guards when they overwhelm the police.
If we go, my mother stays.

Democracy in action. Quite interesting how question 10 seemed to matter, but so many Albertans didn't bother to vote for the other options.
Crazy not to take the opportunity to have your say on critical issues. TBH.
Personally I wish every election had referendum questions.
Clearly the 2nd most important issue was immigration control. Albertans strongly want Quebec style immigration control.
Ironically Alberta has seen at least a 12% population increase in the last 5 years. A shocking influx of people.

NO leads Q6, 8, 9.
Q10:

Win or lose, the work continues.

Let me help you out: the most racist human beings on earth are Africans and Muslims.
Saudis call anyone they disagree with, including Emiratis, "Indian" or "Bangladeshi".
Many Africans would murder their own family if they married out of their tribe.
You might like to think the third world (yes, Saudi Arabia is part of the third world) is full of wonderful, kind people who are victims of Western imperialism.
You couldn't be more wrong. These people would lynch you over the smallest issues.
Saudi Arabia executed a couple who reportedly kissed at a mosque.
Do you have any fucking idea who you're dealing with here?

France has FREE health care, paid parental leave, paid family leave, FREE child care, FREE preschool, 5 weeks paid vacation, a 35 hour work week, generous unemployment and housing benefits, and heavily subsidized higher education.

We will all soon know what it feels like to be Jewish. In France, they already do.
It will be our just deserts for having abandoned the Jews, ignored their warnings, turned against them, and even marched alongside their oppressors.
For three years, you useful idiots have been parading Palestinian flags, sporting keffiyehs, screaming “From the River to the Sea”, and recognizing a fictitious Palestinian state as a reward for Hamas’s October 7 massacre (looking at you, @EmmanuelMacron). You have boycotted the only Jewish state in the world, vilified the Jewish people’s right to self-determination (aka “Zionism”), and spread the “Gaza genocide” blood libel.
Did you really think that if you fed the crocodile enough Jewish flesh, it would eventually be satiated? All you have done is embolden the monster and whet its appetite.
So you were worried about “colonization”? Look around. The only thing being colonized here are our own Western cities. The Palestinian flag has become a victory banner, proudly waved amid the ruins of looted and vandalized historic buildings—a symbol of hatred for our civilization and everything it stands for.
It never ends with the Jews.

Philosopher and author Maarten Boudry posted a powerful monologue on X about the riots in Europe: “Before long, we will all know what it feels like to be Jewish. Soon, we will all know what it feels like to be Jewish. In France, they already know. This will be the punishment we deserve for abandoning the Jews, ignoring their warnings, turning against them, and even marching alongside their oppressors.”

You boycotted the world’s only Jewish state, demonized the Jewish people’s right to self-determination (known as ‘Zionism’), and spread the blood libel of ‘genocide in Gaza.’”
“Did you think that if you fed the crocodile enough Jewish flesh, it would eventually be satisfied? All you did was strengthen the monster and whet its appetite even more.”
“So you were worried about ‘colonialism’? Look around. The only things suffering from colonialism here are our Western cities. The Palestinian flag has become a flag of victory, proudly flown among the ruins of historic buildings that have been looted and vandalized, a symbol of hatred toward our culture and everything it represents. Europe has 1.3 million Jews, most of them successful, law-abiding citizens.
And it also has 50 million Muslims, the majority of whom live off government social services, are overrepresented in prisons, burn European cities every few months, stab Europeans randomly in the streets, behead journalists and politicians, and raped 250,000 British teenagers.
Guess which side the useful-idiot European leaders have been empowering since October 7?

It's not because you're Muslim that people are asking you to condemn the Muslim Brotherhood. It's because your family has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and you have a problem denouncing terrorists. Blaming this on your faith and implying questioning you is racist is despicable.
