Dijon and Mk.gee just raised the bar for wedding bands everywhere. Last week, producer, songwriter, and director Jack Karaszewski, who worked extensively with the pair on Dijon’s ‘Absolutely,’ married Danica Kleinknecht, who has directed videos for both artists—including many of the now-iconic visuals for Mk.gee’s ‘Two Star & The Dream Police.’ To celebrate two of their friends tying the knot, @dijondijon_ and @Mk_gee_ formed a wedding band, joined by fellow collaborators Henry Kwapis, Paul Dally, and Parker and Marshall Mulherin. They rolled out Big Star’s “Thirteen” for the couple’s first dance, alongside covers of Wings’ “Let Me Roll It” and Cat Stevens’ “Trouble.”
