I am the one who is blessed. Love you forever ♾️❤️♾️
A week ago today, I married the sweetest woman in the world. @obxdogwalker saved my life eleven years ago, and every day since she's shown me kindness and love.
We've supported each other through a lot of loss and tragedy, and she always makes me smile and feel like the most important person in the world. I sometimes find it hard to believe I'm so blessed.
God is good.
I’m the winner here
Snowy drive around our little town @DuckOBX @terryschappert
What a weekend it was. Couldn’t just hunker down because clients needed us. Snow on the OBX is always special. Thank you @terryschappert for driving ♥️♥️

You guys know me and @obxdogwalker only adopt old dogs.
I'm in Southern Pines, NC working and this beautiful dog was brought into a vet's office I was at. Wandering on a golf course. So friendly. No chip, no collar. The last few days we've put notices out everywhere and nobody is claiming him. He's obviously been well cared for to this point.
He's good with other dogs, cats and people. A gentle giant probably a year old. This video doesn't do him justice. Text or DM me if you're interested.

Old Annie is gone. @obxdogwalker and I had her for the last year and a half of her life, but the cancer finally won.
My veterinarian and good friend Logan came to the house and we sent her home while we were lying on the deck, the sun shining and the ocean breeze flowing over us. I took her last breath with her and told her I'll see her soon enough. Yes, I cried like a baby (I always do), but I'm telling you the pain is worth it.
Before he left, Logan told me that we give these dogs a victory lap they never expected to have. I'll remember that.
We'll find another old dog that nobody wants and they'll join our pack. They'll eat well, walk on the beach like Annie did, and be loved until the very end.
God is good.
Sure it’s cool…but you guys aren’t the ones living with those mutton chops all summer
Since today is the 50 year anniversary of Jaws being released, here's me as Quint. I'm in a play out here on the Outer Banks called, "The Shark is Broken" at Theater of Dare and it opens next week.
This was a few weeks ago and the chops have grown in even more.

You know how I earn a livin'..."
Spotted a Bald Eagle yesterday!! My first on the Outer Banks #OBX @terryschappert
Can’t believe it’s been 7 years! What a trip that was… Cali to NC with a stop in Texas… Motel 6’s .. roadside burgers and tacos and @GaryACarlo’s famous lasagna… all for the love of a dog… Turbo ❤️❤️
Seven years ago today, @terryschappert showed up at my door in South Texas with @obxdogwalker and the newest member of the family, Turbo, who they had adopted from the same rescue in Los Angeles where I had met my best boy #GSD_Sig

In order to assess survivability on the Outer Banks, all of our dogs must pass the wind tunnel test.

Clearly these UFOs are lost because nobody wants to hang out in New Jersey.
I said what I said.
Happy Birthday to my best friend, my protector, my love, my partner, and the only person I know who would be as excited to pose with Buc-ee as I am. Thank you for holding me up and making me laugh every single day. I couldn’t do life without you
Proud to have been a volunteer for this excellent organization. They are on the ground doing the work, God’s work, truly.
Across seven active U.S. Disaster Relief sites, we praise God for equipping us to complete thousands of mud outs, roof tarpings, tree and debris removals, mold treatments, and supply distributions in response to recent storms. Thank you to every volunteer who has served In Jesus' Name so far.
We praise God also for the opportunity to provide the bridge featured in this video to an elderly couple in Watauga County, NC. This bridge will provide the couple with safe access to their home and car.

Last week I had the good fortune of volunteering with @SamaritansPurse in Boone, NC. Our neighbors in Western NC still need our help and will for years to come. The devastation is humbling. Please don’t forget them. #westernnc
