On this date 59 years ago, Walt Disney's classic animated feature film "The Jungle Book" (1967) was released. "The Jungle Book" was a hit with audiences, critics, and at the box office—so much for "monkey business." 🐒

✨Although in very early years cels were washed & reused, what you are actually seeing here are “animation cycles” (the underlying movement) being reused, not cels. Scenes like this reused the movements, redrawn on brand-new cels with new characters.
