I hope these last couple of decades put to rest the notion of trickle down economy. When rich people get huge tax breaks and money they don't invest it in people they just buy other things like sports teams, news organizations, social apps and companies just to get more control.
What once was the peak, is now just the beginning.
Paramount and Warner Bros. shaped over a century of culture. By combining them, we aren't rewriting history — we're equipping these iconic studios with a more powerful engine. Together, we are Skydance: a creative-first home for bold, quality storytelling.
We chose this name for a few important reasons. First and foremost, as we bring Paramount and Warner Bros. together, we wanted to preserve what has made each of these studios iconic. Both have distinct identities, extraordinary legacies and brands that have resonated with audiences for generations. We never wanted a new corporate identity to diminish, alter or overshadow either one. Instead, we wanted a name that would give the combined company an identity of its own while allowing Paramount and Warner Bros. — and all our extraordinary brands — to remain in the spotlight.
We have big goals for Skydance, and we intend to pursue them with passion, imagination and a willingness to take smart risks. To celebrate #Batmanday, I watched Mask of The Phantasm, one of my favorite movies of all time, one of the best Batman movies. Looking at the credits I never know that Hanz Zimmer was involved with the music.

After giving it some thought, I love the visuals for Ocarina of Time remake, specially the character designs. It's not hyper realistic but it's hyper fantastic, truly bringing this legend of tales to life.

Rewatching Watchmen show. As a Tulsa native & descendant of Greenwood that first scene hit harder this time watching, because first time it was unexpected. There are so many images from the Tulsa Race Massacre that is etched into my memory, and the show depicts them sadly well.

BREAKING: The NBA has ruled on the Los Angeles Clippers in for salary cap circumvention investigations on Kawhi Leonard after yearlong probe -- stripping the franchise of 5 first-round picks, issuing a $30 million fine to owner Steve Ballmer and suspensions for Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker, sources tell ESPN.
Kawhi Leonard will have to pay $700,000 in restitution for improper benefits by the Clippers for his uncle and former business rep, Dennis Robertson. No contract void or suspension for Leonard. And Robertson -- who was fired by Leonard in June -- is being banned by the NBA from all business dealings.
It's kinds crazy the effect Laterns TV show is having. 2011 Green Lantern movie and the directors cut, and Beware My Power are in the top 10 movies on HBO max while Laterns is the number 1 show. Now people need to watch JL cartoon and Green Lantern first flight.
