My feed: AI, models, infra, agents. My reality: lungs on fire, legs shaking, questioning life choices mid-race. AI might automate a lot of things. But it’s not taking away that post-Hyrox dopamine hit anytime soon. Some experiences just refuse to be optimized. Especially when you somehow end up racing with Jay Park.
