Iris just briefly shakes her head, content to simply be here for now. “No. Just you,” she answers softly.

“A little under the weather,” Iris answered as she nuzzled into her husband’s chest.

Oh, it’s fairly simple— she’s not letting him leave again anytime soon.

Right here!

A grin finds Iris’ lips as she helps him tug her shirt up and kiss her head. She drops it unceremoniously, not caring where it went— just wanting Shaw’s hands on her. “Anything?”

On my way—

Oh, Iris knew. After so many years together, it’d be strange if she couldn’t see it in her husband’s eyes. “Someone’s curious,” she grinned, leaning in to press a kiss to his nose.

Ugh. Yes, please.

Of course, she did. There’s just no way Iris would leave a bookstore without finding Shaw something new to read. There were two new additions waiting for him on his desk. “You’ll see,” she smiled.

“I did,” she told him with a smile, “and I brought you something.” More than a something, to be honest.

“Books from the last two centuries, surprisingly,” Iris hums as she leans into Shaw with a content sigh.

Darling, we need a holiday before that.

I’m ready.

Her favourite day 😍

She can’t wait either.

Very, very romantic. ♥️♥️♥️

Nope, she’ll let it go for now— far too content to hear Shaw’s voice so close to her hear, to feel his lips on her skin. “Hm. I had to take care of some things. Then I found a cute new bookstore and stayed a bit too long.”

Depends on the context.

So, so romantic.
