Nigeria politics and politicians🤔🤔
APC gave adeleke hell of a show during the last election till now they've not release local government allocation to him and am wondering why adeleke will agree to work with the same APC.
am curious if adeleke will also forfeit the Senate and rep election to APC..
I am the most senior APC leader In Southern Nigeria and if you're absent in this osun state presidential campaign committee inauguration then you're not a politician. Governor Ademola Adeleke is our coordinator and leading us to deliver 2 million votes for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
- Sen Ajibola Basiru
APC national secretary

part of the issue the APC and their cronnies on Twitter does not even care about INEC..they are so confident in the wrongdoing of the institution.
.@inecnigeria,
Section 19 of the electoral act mandates that the voters' register be available for public scrutiny at least 90 days before the election.
You are currently in violation of that law.
When are you going to make the voters' register publicly available?
what if I tell you @SegunShowunmi is now the spoke person of the same government he went against..
no iota if shame/intergrity anywhere.
it was obvious...one thing about APC fight they cannot speak up claiming leadership nonsense obidient will speak to anyone in power
Hot beef between Seyi Tinubu and Dayo Israel.
Remi Tinubu used her influence to promote Dayo Israel, APC’s National Youth Leader to the level of Director of the Directorate of Youth Mobilization of the Tinubu Presidential Campaign council, he was formerly the Deputy and the Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande popularly known as Ayo Wisdom backed by Seyi Tinubu has been stepped down to Deputy.
Initially, Ayo Wisdom was announced Director by the party.

Obidient Anonymous is taking shape.
If you are an Obidient looking for a way out, help has come. Reach out to Recovering Obidients like @akintollgate and @HighChiefOkoro, who will walk with you on your recovery journey. Our ROs are professionals who on account of their own journey cannot judge you.
Obidient Anonymous is a No Judgment Zone. And like AA, your identity is protected, except you volunteer to be public. This is advised, so that people can be encouraged by your healing.
There is no shame in being a former Obidient. If Pat Utomi is, it can happen to anyone. (Can you believe him baiting for a civil war? Exactly!)
Some of the smartest people I know have confessed that they did not know what they were doing. In the group, they were not permitted to use their brains. One told me it is her greatest regret in life.
Do not stay in the dark. Take the first step. Help is here.
Repent. Renounce. Recover.

damage control..you said MKO was thrown into prison..the videos are there..
MY SCAR FROM MKO ABIOLA, MY SACRIFICE FOR DEMOCRACY, AND MY UNWAVERING PAN-NIGERIAN CONVICTION.
The scar in my heart from the loss of Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola has not fully healed. His death and the circumstances surrounding the struggle for the actualisation of the June 12 mandate left an indelible mark on my life. I have therefore neither anything to prove about my sacrifices for Nigeria nor any reason to pretend that I do not understand the cost of the democratic journey we have travelled.
I will neither make light of MKO Abiola’s grave sacrifice nor allow anyone to distort my words or misrepresent my intentions.
Let me restate what I said. None of the contestants, particularly those threatening to release unverified election results in circumstances that could plunge the country into chaos, should be encouraged to take any action that could bring them into conflict with the law or endanger our national stability.
I invoked the events of 1992 to illustrate how political situations can spiral out of control when caution, restraint and respect for the law are abandoned. Students of history understand the point I was making. I stand by that argument. My intervention was a warning about consequences, not an invitation to recklessness, and I will not permit reactionary forces to turn my counsel into something it was never intended to be.
There is an ancient Yoruba saying that captures this sentiment:
“Tí mo bá gbà ẹ ní àmọ̀ràn mi, kò fẹ́ kó gbọ́; nítorí tí kò bá gbọ́, báwo ni màá ṣe jẹ́ ìfààrà rẹ̀, tí wá fi gbà mí ní ọlọ́gbọ́n?”
Loosely interpreted, it means: Sometimes, when I give you advice, you refuse to listen. But when the consequences arrive, you will remember that I warned you, and that will be the proof of my wisdom.
My duty is to offer counsel in the interest of our country. Whether people choose to heed it is another matter.
I must also state, unequivocally, that I am a Pan-Nigerian through and through. I have no interest in promoting the idea that one ethnic group is superior to another. My commitment is to Nigeria and to the collective dignity, security and prosperity of all Nigerians.
Those who describe themselves as Yoruba activists should take particular note. My words and actions must be understood within the framework of my commitment to the Nigerian nation. I will not subordinate that commitment to ethnic sentiment, sectional advantage or the politics of exclusion.
To Chief Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola, Omo Aja Dudu Ile Ido, tí kò gbọ́dọ̀ buni jẹ́ . A son whose memory remains inseparable from our democratic struggle.
Orun ire o!
May your supreme sacrifice continue to guide Nigeria towards a more stable, just and enduring democracy. May the promise for which you paid such a terrible price never be betrayed.
I have long expressed the view that Nigeria should manage political power through a pendulum arrangement between the Northern and Southern parts of the country. In my considered opinion, a predictable and mutually respected understanding of power rotation offers a framework for reducing suspicion, strengthening national cohesion and sustaining our democratic journey. It is a position I hold in the interest of a country that must learn to manage its diversity with maturity.
One day, God willing, I will speak more fully about my own contributions to the struggle for democracy. I will explain how the critical events surrounding MKO Abiola shaped my thinking and redirected my political journey, setting in motion a chain of events whose consequences have continued to unfold.
I must also acknowledge Dele Momodu. May God spare his life. He played a key and pivotal role in that chapter of our history, and his contribution deserves to be remembered.
may the soul of the departed hunt every personnel that pull the trigger and those who sent them....
Today is a good day to remind you that the genesis akintollsnake's @akintollgate perceived social capital came from the death of #EndSARS protesters at the toll gate controlled by his friend.
Today, he has gone back to the killers while still benefiting from their deaths.
I know people who have visa schedule still praying for favor... like I will always say God is not a wicked God Nigeria politicians and the people are just evil depriving everyone and yet you still see people clapping for them.
NONSENSE
“Being a Nigerian will make you believe that certain things are so difficult to achieve. I used my St. Kitts passport to apply for a UK visa, and I got approved in less than one minute. Same thing happened with Canada. When I applied with my Nigerian passport, it took six months, but when I used my St. Kitts passport, I got approved in four weeks and was given a six-year visa.”

you might have sowore but the boldness to always say it to their faces
Today at the Federal High Court, as promised, we continued our campaign and public education efforts, engaging senior lawyers and other litigants.
While awaiting the arrival of the presiding judge, we had an interesting and intellectually stimulating exchange with a senior lawyer who raised some serious and thought-provoking questions. Each question was addressed with intellectual fervour, clarity, and a commitment to constructive engagement. #Sowore2027
