What is pstack (PEE-stack)?
A portable skill pack for agent work. Playbooks + principles that run in Cursor, Grok Bots, and elsewhere. Freeform chat agents answer. This one pushes you to verify though.
Anyone running the pstack / poteto-mode pack outside Cursor yet?
🧪 Grok Build 1.0.65 (alpha) is out!
- `/resume` search finds sessions from other folders, tolerates typos, and also matches the commands, file paths, and replies in a session
- `DISABLE_TELEMETRY` and `DISABLE_ERROR_REPORTING` turn telemetry and crash reports off for any non-empty value, including `0` and `false`; a `GROK_TELEMETRY_ENABLED` or `GROK_ERROR_REPORTING` value Grok can't read also counts as off
- `--permission-mode plan` starts the session in plan mode, as documented, instead of the default mode
Try alpha: `grok update --alpha`
Which one are you trying first?
@build
Also in 1.0.65:
- `grok --help` gives each command and option a one-line summary, and `grok help -h` and `grok help --help` print the help command's own help instead of an error
- The dashboard's `Ctrl+L` folder picker lists up to 50 recent folders instead of 10
- `/resume` search keeps a single typed character literal and matches each typed word at the start of a word, so `log fix` no longer matches "Blog prefix cleanup"
🧪 Grok Build 1.0.64 (alpha) is out!
- Breaking: Untrusted folders run only your organization's managed hooks; user, project, plugin, and agent hooks wait until you trust the folder (headless sessions treat user hooks as trusted)
- Auto mode runs a shell command without review only when every command in it matches an allowlist entry; anything else asks first
- HTTP connections, including remote MCP servers, accept gzip, brotli, zstd, and deflate compressed responses
Try alpha: `grok update --alpha`
Which one are you trying first?
@build
Also in 1.0.64:
- New worktrees keep tracked files that match `.gitignore`, and leave out files excluded only by `.git/info/exclude` or `core.excludesFile`
- A new session that fails to start puts what you typed back in the prompt
- `/resume` loads older sessions when you reach the last row, and shows how many are loaded
- Worktree names typed with Ctrl+W keep Unicode letters like `café`; a name or ref starting with `-` is refused
- A worktree name that's already taken is refused instead of getting a numbered suffix; a name whose folder you deleted by hand can be reused
- `grok -w`, `grok worktree create`, worktree forks, and subagent worktrees refuse up front when the sandbox profile doesn't allow worktrees, and worktree options are hidden in `/fork`, `/new`, and Welcome
- Web search works from a session's first turn and in subagents when the search model signs in through an external auth provider
- `[model.*]` tables without a context window take the window and API of another table sending the same model, instead of the 200,000-token fallback
- Auto mode runs `make --version`, `cmake --version`, and `just --version` without asking
- Plugin install suggestions are off when `disable_plugins = true` is set
- External OpenTelemetry export keeps sending when `OTEL_EXPORTER_OTLP_COMPRESSION` is `gzip` or `zstd`
- macOS without a GUI session, like over SSH, no longer hangs on the first modifier-key check
- Custom models on the Responses API keep the turn going when a web search call starts without an action
- Shell commands run correctly on zsh when startup files alias `grep` or replace `run-help`
- Voice dictation preview grows the prompt as you speak and keeps the newest words in view
📦 Omarchy 4.0.6 is out!
Fixes hiccups some users hit on 4.0.5:
• Updates no longer stop at the OpenClaw or console migrations
• Screen locks reliably before suspend
• Boot passphrase prompt works with non-Latin keyboard layouts
@OmarchyLinux
🤖 Grok Bot 0.71.2 is out!
• Bots can send from a tagged form of their email address, like name+shop@, and a routine on that tag runs only for its mail
• Forms a Bot asks you to fill in can arrive with known fields filled in, and you can edit them before you submit
• When a Bot's computer runs low on disk, the Bot tells you once, names the biggest files, and deletes them only if you agree
• You can attach files up to 250 MB and videos up to 1 GB, with up to 20 attachments per message instead of 6
• If a voice chat's connection drops, the call reconnects and continues the same conversation
📦 Omarchy 4.0.5 is out!
• Removes unsafe project bin PATH injection
• Installs XPS 13 Panther Lake speaker firmware
• Fixes the bar startup stall and shell restart race

🧪 Grok Build 1.0.63 (alpha) is out!
- Breaking: Memory always uses the concise `MEMORY.md` index, and `/memory` lists topics by how often Grok reads them; `[memory_v2] compact_index_enabled` no longer has an effect
- Command hooks accept an `args` list: `command` runs as one program with no shell, and hook variables like `$GROK_SESSION_ID` are filled in each argument
- Custom models on non-xAI Chat Completions endpoints no longer fail turns with a tool schema error when MCP servers are connected
Try alpha: `grok update --alpha`
Which one are you trying first?
@build
Also in 1.0.63:
- Rex terminal support reports each open session and running subagent as its own record (`children = false` under `[ui.notifications.program_status]` for main status only)
- `grok worktree list` / `show` mark worktrees with a missing folder or moved source repo, with a repair hint
- Plan reviews that open while you type keep your text in the notes, so a typed letter no longer triggers a shortcut like approve
- Plan reviews at turn end wait until you close an open `/feedback` dialog, question, tool prompt, or queued prompt edit
- `/fork` keeps the parent session's model and effort when started with `-m` or `--effort`
- `grok -w` and Ctrl+W explain that no worktree was made outside a git repo
- Workflow run views hide live status text on narrow terminals so agent names aren't cut off
🧪 Grok Build 1.0.62 (alpha) is out!
- Headless `grok -p` waits for the follow-up turn a finished background task starts; `--background-wait-timeout` exits with an error instead of success
- `grok models` / `sessions` / `export` no longer crash when the output pipe closes early (e.g. `| head`)
- `grok update` and `grok login` no longer crash when stdout or stderr is closed
Try alpha: `grok update --alpha`
Which of these bitten you lately?
@build
🧪 Grok Build 1.0.61 (alpha) is out!
• Resume picker finds sessions whose titles contain every word you type, in any order
• `/resume` opens the session directly when the ID or title matches exactly one session
• Dashboard peek text can be selected by dragging, and copies to the clipboard on release

String theory is what happens when an intelligent system is starved of sensory input and starts hallucinating. Intelligence needs grounding.
For this reason, intelligence is practically never the bottleneck to solving impactful problems. The bottleneck is iterated contact with reality.
🧪 Grok Build 1.0.60 (alpha) is out!
• grok --resume lists matching sessions newest first with last-updated times, and suggests similar titles when nothing matches
• grok --resume with a title that matches no local session reports the miss right away instead of trying a remote restore and asking you to sign in
• Shift+Y in the fullscreen markdown viewer copies the code block under the cursor
Try alpha: `grok update --alpha`
@build
🧪 Grok Build 1.0.59 (alpha) is out!
• [Copy] buttons under code blocks in finished replies, labeled with the code's language or file name
• Hooks that return continue: false from PreToolUse, PostToolUse, or UserPromptSubmit now stop the turn instead of being ignored
• grok --resume matches a title whatever separates its words, so fix-login-bug finds "Fix login bug"
Try alpha: `grok update --alpha`
@build
Also in 1.0.59:
• Copying a code block or a whole reply keeps its original tabs
• Dashboard /loop without a prompt shows its usage instead of starting a session
• Dashboard peek replies waiting on a clipboard paste are canceled with a toast when you move rows or press Esc
• grok worktree rm no longer suggests -f when -f would also refuse
• Advanced PowerShell inline hooks that read $input run with a warning instead of failing
• No startup crash when SENTRY_DSN holds an invalid value
• Copy rows display correctly after switching between minimal and fullscreen modes
