few people in NYC have time to stop and smell the roses, but what's great is that you don't even have to slow down to smell hot trash.

Hi Javi, we checked it out. The underside of the mezzanine is being painted and there is a smell. The water dripping is reported to be left over from last night's heavy rain. ^WD
