Can someone PLEASE tell me why vaccine companies get to test new jabs for new indications not against placebo, or even adjuvanted saline, but against older shots for different diseases to generate safety data? Where is the placebo control in this design? How is this ethical?

Your comprehension level is very low. I believe the natural variation is caused by changes in sun exposure (for instance changes in cloud cover and temperature, if it's hot for instance, people stay inside), but the excess deaths during the covid era were caused by government 👇

Deaths go up and down seasonally and from year to year although the long term trend is down. In 2020 the death rate went back up to what it was perhaps 2000 (I believe). It's not known what causes the variation but I believe it's connected to sunlight.

They were getting real treatment also (chemo, radiation, surgery, etc), it was 122 patients selected from those who sought out ivermectin to treat their cancer, based entirely on a survey of whether they thought it helped, and compared to nothing with no placebo control

They want to use coercion and they think seatbelts are an example of succesful coercion. Seatbelts work but they don't require coercion. There's no evidence that vaccines work yet they still want to force them on people.

I don't see where it says they were unvaccinated. In general, people who don't get vaccinated tend to have more sickness and a higher death rate. That's the healthy vaccinee bias. It has nothing to do with vaccines.
