🚨 BREAKING: Gina Hinojosa is suing Greg Abbott for violating public records law to hide his emails with Elon Musk.
Ken Paxton as AG redacted all but 200 of 1,374 pages after Abbott argued the conversations between him and Musk are "intimate and embarrassing."
Hinojosa alleges the emails might cover tax incentives for Musk's companies, data center development, broadband deals, and more.
She's asking the court to force Abbott to unredact the remaining 1,174 pages.

A man in Utah describes how ICE agents physically brutalized him. They ignored his pleas for mercy and medical aid. It wasn’t hours that they denied him aid; it was for SIX WEEKS. He lost everything when he was tossed into a black hole: his job, his car, and his home. Absolutely everything. Being an immigrant does not deny anyone their most basic human rights. His story should not be a story, but it is, and it needs to be shared.
