Morals are downstream of beliefs. Within secular and atheist beliefs, man is the moral authority, the ultimate authority, and as his sentiment changes, so does his morality. Concepts like good and evil or right and wrong cannot exist in this paradigm anymore than angels or demons can because he does not believe in them.
