Then when Govt cancels a mining exploration licence, wiping investor property rights and value (thru no fault of their own), no compensation is paid. Committee attitude: you have lost all your money because you should have known about ministerial corruption. Unbelievable!!

Just wondering if @Dom_Perrottet and @MarkSpeakman believe in the rule of law? Government seized a private asset - with no parties involved ever found guilty - and no compensation ever given. How is this possible in modern day Australia? 🫠

5 years later and we’re still waiting. The @LiberalNSW seized a private asset worth 400mil. No wrongdoing was EVER found on the part of NuCoal. Shareholders still not compensated. @Dom_Perrottet how has this not been corrected?
