2nd day at Poly and 6th trip to the front desk to fix MagicBand issues. CMs said it’s my fault because my party of 8 wasn’t assigned properly to the 2 DVC rooms I reserved. This is my 34th trip to WDW. Never had a negative experience before. @DisneyParks @RobertIger, please help!
To be clear, my issues are still not resolved. I’m not upset, but I’m on this trip with my Dad who had a stroke this year. Want this to be a an amazing trip because you never know how many more you’ll get! I’d love to have help with a resolution & share details of my experience.
I spent the holiday weekend cleaning and organizing my basement while listening to “Be Useful” by @Schwarzenegger. I went to bed each night sore and over-tired, but felt very accomplished. I give a lot of credit to the motivational effectiveness of this book.
I’ve started designing and laser-cutting wooden refrigerator magnets. I call them “ThereScapes.” Check them out on Etsy. thenthdesign.etsy.com

I noticed a recently merged pull request for multi-core OCaml and thought of you, @phil_eaton. github.com/ocaml/ocaml/pull/…
I am beyond impressed with this 3D-printed roller coaster model that moves at speeds realistic to a full-size coaster. The video is interesting and informative, and the maker is clearly gifted. This deserves far more than the 27K views it currently has. youtu.be/jkkf6wcAqkc
We visited the “Night of a Million Lights” at @GKTWVillage in Kissimmee on Friday. It was an amazing display of holiday lights, especially in the setting of Give Kids the World Village, which brings joy to the bravest of kids. A glimpse of what we saw: youtu.be/bh2jqhpb8CM
The pedestrian bridge over the Delaware Canal at the foot of the PA side of the Scudder Falls Bridge (I-295) was open today! It makes access to the canal towpath significantly safer and more convenient. Thank you, @DCNRnews and @GovernorTomWolf! youtu.be/Rykwh5aabD8

I was so excited that my Adventurer 4 from @ff3dprinters arrived today! But, it was damaged during shipment! I sent an email to Flashforge-USA support, but I'm hoping the social media team might be able to speed things along for a new customer!
I just finished #ProjectHailMary by @andyweirauthor. As a life-long learner and lover of science, this book kept me entertained and intellectually nourished from beginning to end. I don’t think I’ve ever finished a sci-fi novel this quickly… because I just couldn’t put it down!
Protogen cosplay progress! Today I was able to assemble all of the LED matrix backpacks and do a proof-of-concept eye blink animation using the @adafruit Feather Huzzah (complete with LiPo battery). It looks *awesome* in the helmet!
Is there anyone, even one single person, who purchased an @Alienware laptop and said, “wow, this Tobii eye-tracking is super useful! I’m definitely not going to spend my evening researching how to disable it without breaking two-finger scroll on my touchpad for some reason!”
Finally made good progress on my son’s Protogen cosplay today. Now I’m dusting off my old Arduino knowledge to start work on the LED matrix eyes and mouth. All will be powered by @adafruit’s Feather HUZZAH. learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-…
The Wheel of Time series was one of the great joys I’ve had as a reader. My only wish is that @rafejudkins and crew find a way to work @Kramer_Reading into the show. They are as much a part of #TheWheelOfTime as Rand, to me.
Watch the teaser trailer for the epic #TheWheelOfTime series, coming to Amazon @PrimeVideo on November 19.
