Mille my beautiful wife is 6 years sober today! Unbelievably proud of her. Finishing a masters degree at Cambridge University, having our daughter Penelope and now doing her PHD since then❤️ We need to normalize the conversation around mental health and alcohol/substance use, as they are so closely correlated. Don’t be afraid to reach out to loved ones, you would be surprised what people would do to help🙏

🚨 I was scathing in my recent assessment of Xabi Alonso at Chelsea pre-international break.
But he has clearly been working on some positive things over the 3 week period as Chelsea switched to a back 4 without the ball against Bournemouth.
It's important to acknowledge that it's not as simple as 'Alonso switches to a back 4 and Chelsea will have success'.
No.
It's about the implementation of it.
Against Bournemouth, we saw Chelsea get much better pressure on the ball in certain moments.
We see that here in the high press as Chelsea start in a 4-4-2 against Bournemouth's 4-3-3.
Palmer releases to press Silva with good intensity and aggression.
Henderson backs up the press as he screams at Pedro to release from the #6 to press the goalkeeper and centre back.
Chelsea end up locking Bournemouth into a corner after successfully transitioning from a zonal 4-4-2 into a man-to-man press which sees them win the ball back.
I will be the BIGGEST Xabi Alonso supporter in the world if these types of defensive behaviours become the norm at Chelsea.
Zonal turned man-to-man pressing with ferocious intensity? BRILLIANT!

Had my boy today so not managed to watch, but I know that Alonso is building something here and as I’ve said for weeks, we just need to afford it some time. In Alonso I trust. Up the Chels!!
Those complaining about benching J Pedro. I’m sure you own De Cuyper so you have no right to whinge😂
Well that’s another source we can put on the ban list @FPL__Raptor @LetsTalk_FPL 😩😩😩
Always enjoy an interview with @philhaigh_ 😊🙌🏻
'I'm completely immune to it all now. People are going to have their opinions. That's just sort of how it goes, you know?'
Always interesting to speak to Neil Robertson (@nr147) on opinions, being misjudged and why his season can get started now.

Chelsea triple up on attack and Arsenal triple up on defence set and forget. FPL teams going to be really interesting this year😂😂😂
The defending is the worst I’ve seen. Hato and Gusto so poor and the midfielders are leaving gaping gaps everywhere
🚨 FULL TIME: Chelsea 2-2 Hull
No completed comeback today. Can’t rely on out scoring teams every week. Some of the worst defending I have seen to start the season in years 😡 #CFC
