I wish remote voice work was pushed as much as it was several years ago. I genuinely feel like there are so many talented people who are hidden gems, buried beneath the surface, with voices that could bring so much to projects they’d be genuinely excited to audition for.
my mother was set to immigrate from the philippines to new york on 9/11/2001. it was night time in the philippines when they had told her to reschedule.
when she managed to get here 19 days later, she witnessed how devastating the effects were.
it’s hard to come up with the words to say with the passing of mike mcfarland.
he is and forever will be an absolute legend within the voice acting community. my heart breaks for his family and i send my deepest condolences.
