My first time shipping with Fedex since an Indian took over: I paid for my shipping in full at a location, they sent me a random invoice weeks later asking for hundreds more. The phone agents are all Mexicans or Indians and none of them can tell me what exactly the extra charges are for. I just get sent on an endless loop, where if I call in one day and ask for an update on my case, they say it never existed despite me having a case number they literally gave to me.
