After letting it marinate for 24 hours I genuinely think this may be one of the greatest plays (pound for pound) in the history of the sport
Media Malpractice ⬇️
This Mom has EVERY right to be outraged...
“You f’d up, CBS… this is my kid you used in your story without my permission. He does NOT have measles. This was his reaction to the MMR shot. Take it down. Now. Issue a retraction. It's much easier than having to litigate a defamation case. I'II wait.”
I still can’t believe CBSDFW ran this story when they knew it was a lie.
A local news station used a photo of a toddler’s rash, labeled it measles, and put it in a story without the parent’s permission. Mom, Dawn Neufeld, said it wasn’t measles — it was the child’s reaction to the MMR shot — and had to publicly demand they take it down and issue a retraction.
That’s not reporting. That’s using a kid’s vaccine injured face to scare people.

My God. I listened to the entire thing.
I’m certain now. It should be livestreamed.

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent,
On October 14th I wrote to you about Bank of America @BankofAmerica.
You did not answer. 3.6 million Americans did.
I want to tell you what that looked like from where I sit, because I do not think Washington understands it yet. The messages did not come from one side. They came from Republicans and Democrats, from veterans and nurses and small business owners, from people who have not agreed with each other about anything in a decade. They all said a version of the same sentence. We have had enough.
That is what a national security issue looks like when it finally breaks through. It does not pick a party. It belongs to everyone who has a kid, a bank account, or a flag on the porch.
So let me be plain about my concern. I am worried that nothing is going to happen. The fine has been announced. The press cycle is already turning. In a few weeks the number will be forgotten and the bank will be back to business. I have watched this exact sequence play out before, and I am writing to you now, while there is still a window, because once that window closes it does not reopen.
I am also widening this letter, because Treasury does not act alone.
To the Department of Justice @TheJusticeDept and to FBI Director Kash Patel @FBIDirectorKash:
Director Patel, you were not in the chair when this happened, so I want you to hear it from me directly. In 2011 I walked into the FBI with everything I had on HSBC. Not a tip. Boxes. Names, account numbers, transaction records, internal emails. Agents worked that evidence for over a year. I trusted them, and I still believe they wanted to do their jobs.
Then the settlement was announced. $1.9 billion. I called the agents and asked the only question that mattered. When do you raid the building and when are the arrests?
Their answer was four words. Our hands are tied.
I have thought about those four words every day since. Not because the agents failed me. Because somebody above them decided that a bank was too important to treat like a defendant. That decision was made quietly, by people whose names I will never know, and it has been made again every time since. Director Patel, you now have the authority to make a different one.
I remember the words carved into the stone outside the federal building in Philadelphia the day I walked in to report @HSBC: justice is the defense of our liberty. I believed that. I still want to. But a justice system that handcuffs a dealer on the corner and sends a bank a bill is not defending anyone’s liberty. It is choosing whose liberty counts.
To Brian Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America @BankofAmerica:
Mr. Moynihan, your bank just agreed to pay $1.2 billion for failures that regulators called willful. I have a few questions, and the 3.6 million people reading this would like the answers too.
Who was fired?
Not reassigned. Not retired early with a package. Fired, by name, for the conduct the government described.
What has actually changed in your anti money laundering program? Not the budget line. Not the consultant’s slide deck. What is different today about how an alert gets cleared and who is allowed to say stop?
Were there any consequences inside the building at all? Or did this land the way it landed at HSBC bank, as a line item?
And how much is your bonus this year?
I ask because I know what it costs a compliance officer to raise his hand inside a bank like yours. I would like to know what it cost anyone at the top. Do you even care? I am asking sincerely. I would like to be wrong.
Here is what I did about all of this, and why it matters to this letter. After the government declined to help me or any of the whistleblowers I have met since, I built the thing I wished had existed. Tactical Rabbit is a private intelligence agency. We find the truth, we prove it, and we put it in the hands of people who will act on it. I made a decision a long time ago that if the government would not stop the next HSBC, I would.
So to anyone inside a bank reading this who is looking at something they know is wrong: if your bank will not act, and the government will not act, come to me. I will get the truth to the public. That is not a threat. It is a promise I have already kept once.
Mr. Secretary, Director Patel, the Department of Justice, and Mr. Moynihan: four addresses, one question. Will anyone be held accountable?
Not fined. Not suspended. Not asked to attend training. Accountable.
Please end the cycle of too big to jail. I will not stop until there is change, and neither will the millions of Americans standing behind this letter. Answer them.
We need a banker in jail.

“TIME IS UP FOR CALIFORNIA!” — Trump DOJ Officially Sues Far-Left California After State Refuses to Review More Than 20,000 Suspected Noncitizens Sent Mail-In Ballots | Jim Hoft, The Gateway Pundit
The Department of Justice has had enough of California’s open defiance of federal law.
After giving Democrat Secretary of State Shirley Weber and Los Angeles County election officials a clear 48-hour deadline to review a federal list of more than 20,000 people the government believes are likely noncitizens who were mailed live ballots for the November 3 midterm election, California refused.
The Trump Justice Department filed a federal court action seeking an emergency order requiring the state to sequester those ballots until citizenship can be verified.
First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bilal A. Essayli of the Central District of California put it plainly on X:
“Time is up for California. We gave California 48 hours to review and flag more than 20,000 noncitizen voters recently mailed live ballots. California refused. This morning we filed a federal court action seeking an emergency order requiring California to sequester ballots returned by suspected noncitizens. This is not political or controversial. 18 U.S.C. § 611 makes it a federal offense for noncitizens to vote in a federal election. We will not allow California to dilute the votes of American citizens.”
The federal lawsuit, filed in the Central District of California on October 15, requests an order preventing the tabulation of ballots belonging to individuals identified as likely noncitizens until their citizenship can be determined.
Under California law, registered active voters are automatically mailed ballots. That practice has become central to the DOJ’s concerns about individuals who may be improperly registered.
The Justice Department says Homeland Security Investigations and federal partners examined voter-registration records and conducted additional verification work to identify potential noncitizens.
In its official announcement, the DOJ confirmed it is asking the court to require California to set aside the disputed ballots, rather than automatically cancel them.
The letter from Acting Deputy Attorney General R. Trent McCotter, dated October 13, 2026, lays out the facts with devastating clarity. Federal law prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections.
The Supreme Court has long held that states may not induce or encourage private persons to do what the Constitution forbids.
On July 16, Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin warned Weber that large numbers of noncitizens were registered to vote in California. Weber’s response the following week did not deny it. She simply asked for more information.
The Trump administration provided that information. Earlier this week, federal officials delivered a password-protected thumb drive to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk containing the names of people the government believes are likely noncitizens who were sent vote-by-mail ballots under California’s automatic mail-ballot system.
The DOJ offered to send Weber a digital copy as well. The demand was straightforward: review the list within 48 hours.
For any individual whose citizenship cannot be independently confirmed, segregate, not cancel, the returned ballots and do not verify signatures or tabulate them until citizenship is determined. For those not yet mailed a ballot, withhold it.
California refused.
The Gateway Pundit reported yesterday that the Justice Department had given California exactly this 48-hour window or face emergency legal action. That deadline has now passed. The lawsuit followed.
California’s all-mail system, made permanent after the COVID emergency, automatically sends ballots to every registered voter. That means tens of thousands of people the federal government flags as likely noncitizens have already received, or will receive, official ballots for a federal election.
Every one of those votes, if counted, cancels the vote of an American citizen. As McCotter’s letter states: “Allowing noncitizens to vote cancels citizen votes.”
Secretary Weber and Governor Gavin Newsom’s allies have already begun the familiar media spin, claiming the list is inaccurate, the process is “voter suppression,” and the Trump administration is somehow the threat to democracy.
They said the same thing when DHS first raised the issue in July. They said the same thing when other states cooperated and cleaned their rolls. California’s position is that American citizens must simply trust the system while thousands of suspected noncitizens receive and potentially return ballots in a critical midterm election.
The law is clear. 18 U.S.C. § 611 makes it a federal crime for noncitizens to vote in federal elections. States run elections, but they do not get to nullify federal criminal statutes or dilute the votes of citizens. The Department of Justice under President Trump is treating this as the serious national security and election integrity issue it is.
Essayli and the DOJ are now in federal court seeking emergency relief. The American people deserve to know that only American citizens are choosing their leaders. California’s refusal to even review the list and sequester the questioned ballots makes that impossible without court intervention.

Another warning.
Must read.👇
My dear American friends, yesterday I showed you an email. Today I want to show you what comes after, because history has already written this chapter many times, and every time in blood.
Every Marxist revolution goes after the same first target. Not the army, and not the rich. It goes after the people who think.
Lenin understood it early. In 1922 he put Russia's leading philosophers, scientists and writers on ships and expelled them. Many of those who stayed were shot or sent to the camps. In 1940, in the forest of Katyn, Stalin's secret police executed around 22,000 Polish prisoners: officers, but also doctors, lawyers, engineers, teachers and priests. A nation's educated class was killed one by one, each with a bullet in the back of the head.
Mao perfected the method.
In 1956 he launched the Hundred Flowers campaign. "Let a hundred flowers bloom." He invited China's intellectuals to speak freely and to criticize the Party. They believed him, and they spoke. A year later the trap closed. The Anti-Rightist Campaign branded more than half a million people as enemies. Professors, writers, engineers and doctors lost their careers and their families, and many were sent to labor camps they never left.
Mao was proud of it. In 1958 he compared himself to the First Emperor of China, who was infamous for burying 460 scholars alive. Mao boasted that the Communists had buried 46,000.
His masterpiece came in 1966, with the Cultural Revolution. This time he didn't need the police. He used children.
Schools were closed and students became Red Guards. Their teachers were dragged onto stages for "struggle sessions." Their heads were shaved, placards were hung around their necks, and they were forced to kneel while crowds beat and spat on them. In August 1966 Lao She, one of the greatest writers in modern Chinese literature, was beaten by Red Guards. The next day he was found drowned in a lake in Beijing. That same month, at a girls' school in Beijing, students beat their vice principal Bian Zhongyun to death.
Then the revolution entered the home. Children learned a slogan: "Father and mother are dear, but not as dear as Chairman Mao." Sons denounced fathers and daughters denounced mothers. Zhang Hongbing was 16 when he reported his own mother, and she was executed. A child turning on his parents was celebrated as the highest form of virtue.
Once the Red Guards had done the dirty work, Mao discarded them too. From 1968 on, around 17 million young people were sent to the countryside to "learn from the peasants." A whole generation lost its education, its youth and often its sanity. The revolution devours its own children, every single time.
Cambodia, 1975. The Khmer Rouge emptied the cities in days. Glasses, soft hands, speaking French: any of these could mark you as an intellectual, and being an intellectual could get you killed. In four years roughly a quarter of the population was dead.
Look at the pattern, because it never changes. First, convince the young that the world is rotten and the old are guilty. Second, silence or destroy the people who could contradict the story. Third, break the family so that the only loyalty left is to the cause. Fourth, give the young power. Fifth, when they've finished the dirty work, throw them away.
I am not telling you America is China in 1966. I'm telling you the first steps look familiar. Careers are destroyed over a single opinion. Professors sign ideological pledges just to get hired. Children are taught to see their parents as bigots and their country's history as nothing but a list of crimes. Political violence is excused online, and sometimes even celebrated. Every year it gets a little more radical, and every year the people who warn about it are called alarmists.
This is not a left versus right debate. Reasonable people can disagree about tax rates, healthcare or trade, and that's politics. What I'm describing is something else. It's an ideology that has killed tens of millions of people in the last century, and it always starts by promising justice to the young. We should call it what it is: evil.
You fight evil by refusing to become it. Teach real history. Defend free speech, especially for the people you disagree with. Protect the teachers and parents who refuse to bow. Above all, give young people something to own, build and defend, so that no one can sell them the fire.
I come from a continent that has already lived this story. Please don't let your children write the next chapter.

Wow. Back in 2017, Volkswagen’s CEO absolutely ridiculed Elon Musk and Tesla with a breathtaking level of arrogance, compounded by that typically German air of smug superiority. Here's a translation:
"Well, I suppose I have to say a few words about Tesla. With all due respect, there are companies out there that are world champions at making grand announcements. I won't name names.
There are companies that struggle to sell 80,000 cars a year. Volkswagen sold 11 million that year. Then there are companies like Volkswagen that generate €13 or €14 billion in annual profits. And if I'm correctly informed, Tesla is burning through hundreds of millions of euros every quarter, while firing employees whenever it feels like it.
As for any sense of social responsibility, I'm not sure where that comes into the picture.
So I would ask everyone to get a sense of perspective here and stop comparing apples with oranges."
Nine years later, Volkswagen is heading for the scrapheap of history, while Elon is making cars fly.
