Took some collaboration w/ @ChatGPT Codex, but finally worked out a pretty good pipeline for my AI Influencer project for @cutparty. Created for free on my MBP M4 Max 128GB w/ @MiniMax_AI H3 via @PhospheneAI in Pinokio App. Thanks to @AIBizarrothe @cocktailpeanut FOSS! More👇

Every model has a distinct style. We found it. We used 64,000+ generated websites to calculate one "style" vector per model. @OpenAI: cream + italic serif @AnthropicAI: dark, glowing, purple @GoogleDeepMind: navy dashboards with sidebars @AIatMeta: loud magazine blocks On the left of each row, we overlay the 40 pages of that model that is most similar to the style we find.

I just vibe-coded my TV It showed an ad before I could even open Netflix. Gave Claude Code the model number. It found the TV on Wi-Fi, removed 25 Xiaomi packages and built this launcher. Basically an Apple TV now.
Hacked my TV with Claude Code today No more ads, bloatware, spyware or laggy UI I also got a beautiful screensaver with my revenue, calendar, weather, and notifications for new Stripe payments It was super easy! I sent it the listing for my tv, asked "can you hack this?" And it talked me through how

The post overstates unverified demo videos as a successful, installable iOS port on Android; the HackiOS project remains experimental with no public code or builds. hackios.net

Introducing Hugo: the first human companion robot. At Boston Dynamics, I was Chief Strategy Officer, bringing robots into the real world. My co-founder, Farbod Farshidian, led research at the RAI Institute. Together, 15+ years teaching robots to run, jump, and work. So we asked: what if robots could connect with people? Hugo runs on the first Vision-Language-Expression (VLE) model. He links what he sees and hears to movement, expression, and gesture. He notices you, reads the room, and reacts in real time. And he's only the first. Dynamic Creatures is @BostonDynamics' official entertainment and hospitality partner. We're building a cast of characters with film studios, resorts, and theme parks. dynamiccreatures.com

This is evil @instagram Cut off from a new social network I spent 3 years building after moving to BKK with no warning. I just removed my linktree link from bio, then screen flashes and asks for a face scan then tells me I've been suspended. WHY?! 😖

Why I'm optimistic about AI
This is very true. Here is Qwen 3.8 27B compared to all the sota models 1 year ago today on artificial analysis. If 27B released a year ago, it would be the best model in the world by a wide margin.

Chances of me using Argon are-gone 😅
Opus 5.5 made gummy bears. Gemini 4 Argon made gummy statues Same prompt. Opus on top, Gemini below I put both through the same moves - pull a paw, yank the head, squish it flat, throw it, then pour a whole bag on top Opus bears are actual jelly. Pull a paw and it stretches into a thin rubbery strand, then snaps back and wobbles. Squash one and it pancakes, then launches itself back up. Throw it and it bounces off the floor and shoves its friends out of the way Gemini bears are solid plastic. The arm turns into a stick, the bear flies straight through its neighbor, and the pile at the end just clips into itself And Opus nailed the look too - translucent, glossy, light passing right through them Opus: $7.2 Gemini: $22
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Multiple users reproducing the prompt with Gemini 4 Argon (medium/high) obtained soft deformable jelly physics like the top panel, not rigid statues. x.com/caxvalencia/st… x.com/Alxander1024/s… x.com/Ufdcqg/status/…

OpenAI’s post is very very very carefully worded so here’s more information from the criminal complaint and DOJ statements. The individual that planted the device was Abdulrahman Alfozan, 35, a Saudi national and engineer on the product team who joined OpenAI in July 2025. Key allegations from the complaint (N.D. Cal.): • On or about Sept. 30, OpenAI’s technical surveillance team found a surreptitious audio recording device plugged into a USB port on the back of a TV in an executive conference room. It was concealed in toilet paper, installed around Sept. 28, and its contents were encrypted. • The room is used for highly confidential technical, commercial, and strategic discussions. Alfozan had no authority to access it or attend meetings there. CCTV showed him near the room on multiple dates beforehand. • On Oct. 5 he entered the room and appeared to look behind the TV. That same day he left an unattended bag in another room containing his wallet, ID, and a second similar recording device. • Before installation, he queried internal tools about building addresses, meeting rooms, room capacities, calendars, and locations of leadership and external partner meetings. • A chatbot account tied to his spouse (sharing multiple identifiers with his own) submitted prompts between Sept. 24–30 about building a continuous audio recorder, encrypting the SD card, concealing the device, adding Wi-Fi/remote access, and the specific device’s MAC address. He’s been charged with using or attempting to use a device to intercept oral communications (18 U.S.C. § 2511). If convicted: up to 5 years, $250,000 fine, and 3 years supervised release. Arrested Oct. 9, initial appearance Oct. 13, remains in custody. Detention hearing set for Oct. 19. OpenAI says it used its models to help identify him, coordinated the termination with the FBI (access was progressively restricted beforehand), and has no indications of model-weight, source-code, or customer-data exfiltration. U.S. Attorney described it as a national-security matter; FBI has flagged protection of American AI innovation as a high counterintelligence priority. Friendly reminder that physical + digital insider-threat controls matter even when the goal isn’t classic IP exfiltration. Wiretap charges don’t require successful data theft. Toilet-paper concealment and a second device left in a bag with ID are not sophisticated tradecraft. (Complaint details drawn from SF Standard reporting, DOJ/USAO Northern District of California statements, and OpenAI’s own post.)
We discovered a sophisticated recording device that was hidden inside one of our offices. We used our models to understand the device and where it had come from, identifying that a specific employee had planted it a few days earlier. We referred the matter to the FBI, and we’re grateful to the agents and prosecutors who moved quickly to make an arrest. The FBI’s investigation is ongoing and we will continue to support their work. At this time, we have no indications of this individual inappropriately accessing or exfiltrating model weights, source code, or customer data. The employee was terminated. We take protecting our technology, data, and people seriously, and as a matter of national importance. Our security program is designed to protect against a wide range of threat actors, from insider risks to cybercriminals to nation states, and this case is an example of how AI can help address these sophisticated security threats.
