More rotations of the Board members of Writers Week Listowel! Rotation of Directors is advised by the CRO but not so many in sequence. There have been so many rotations in recent months,including the Chairperson, that it does not auger well for the future of the festival.

Lovers of literature cannot ignore the strong letter in The Times today signed by noteworthy persons in support of “dialogue “ regarding Writers Week.The clamour is ringing out for a productive conversation- the Board is duty bound to respond.
